The hotel is a bit old, so everything has usage marks, scratches and some stains. Also the bedroom was hot, even turning off the central heater, in spite of being 0° outside. The breakfast is good but there weren't many options. The hotel is located in an industrial zone, so no bars or restaurantes nearby without having to walk a bit - this isn't necessarily bad, just something worth noting. Also, there are limited parking spaces on premises.

The hotel has comfortable beds, good shower and it is in a quiet zone. You are not that far from the subway nor the train station, although it require some walking. The train will drop you at Madrid's heart in 15 min for about €2. There is also a shopping center relatively close. The staff is friendly, everything was clean and for the price it was a good deal. Also they take pets.

Limited off-street parking, but plenty of safe on-street parking right infront.

I only speak English and the staff was very accommodating. The staff was very helpful storing medication in their refrigerator/freezer during our stay. Over all very easy, professional, and friendly. The facility has a decent sized room, and a lift (elevator), which not all places in older metro cities have.

there is no easy public transport connection to Madrid, so keep in mind the need for Taxi/Uber.

The cleaning was really bad. The bathroom had lots of hair in the soap holder. The sheets had stains. In 2 nights, they never cleaned the bathroom. Just changed the towels.

Good breakfast, good room, comfortable bed, really cheerful staff in the morning, not so much in the night. Good Wifi. Lots of places to park on the road. The area looks peaceful.

The location in an industrial area means you have to drive to dinner. There is a very large commercial centre nearby with an excellent choice of restaurants

This is a very well run hotel, the Manager Alejandro was outstanding, the breakfast was very good and excellent value. The rooms are very comfortable but perhaps a little dated. Excellent parking including secure underground car park which was again excellent value for money

You have to be really careful not to bang your ankles on the corner of the shower surround when walking into the bathroom.

Easy flexible check in. The staff member went above and beyond normal service.

Room smelled of smoke. Decoration really needs a big refresh for this price. No restaurant in the hotel.

Got upgraded to a double bedroom. Night Shift man was kind enough to upgrade me and gave me directions to the nearest restaurant which was good (Chango).

There are no minibars and the staff wont let you keep your food in the minibars as we dont eat everyfood in the country. There should at least a small size allowance for everyone in their refrigerator even if they dont have it in their rooms. Breakfast doesnt meet the price. There no eggs or potatoes. Lack of cheese types. No early check out breakfast served. No amenities. Location is out of center Madrid.

extremely dirty bathrooms and my bed and the cot for my baby both had hair all over it. The hotel refused to give me my money back after I showed them photos of how dirty my room is. My baby ended up sleeping in his pram as I was very uncomfortable, putting him into the cot as it was so dirty.
