Room was not very clean and the Spa is smelling really bad. There is not really a bar where you can sit in the hotel.

Room is looking nice. Breakfast was perfect, everything you need. Staff was very friendly. Good Italian Restaurant near the hotel.

The bar and restaurant area lacked space and character compared to the rest of the hotel.

Ideal central location. Staff were very helpful. The room was a good size, tastefully decorated and with a very comfortable bed. A real plus was the spa being included in the price.

The Xmas Eve meal was, unfortunately, a disappointment. On paper it looked interesting but it was not to our taste. The atmosphere was nothing special. We appreciate the effort that was put in but the food was just not to the standard we had hoped and we didn't feel it was a 'special' evening. It was quite expensive at 95 Euros each.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful but sometimes a little serious. The location was perfect. It was well within walking distance of everything we wanted to see they were very helpful in pre-booking restaurants and flamenco for us which made a great difference.

We had use their valet service for parking. Our luggage had been stored while we went sightseeing after checkout. I wanted our luggage so I could add a personal item to the luggage. We also had a bag with liquid refreshments which we would’ve preferred to carry to the car ourselves but were not given our luggage in advance. Their valet took everything out and loaded it. Sadly, when we got to our destination, one of the bottles had broken and had spilled everywhere. That could only have happened if the valet had not handled the bag with care. What a mess!

The hotel is a wonderful building that has been beautifully renovated. All personnel are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed eating both lunch and dinner in the restaurant in addition to a pleasant breakfast.

Service was flawless throughout, room was spacious, great location for sightseeing and walking around the city, food in the restaurant (we ate there for both breakfast and dinner) was very tasty, and the spa treatments were excellent.

Not a criticism of the hotel as such but if you are travelling with a dog you need to be aware that the closest "green" of any kind is a good 10 minute walk away.

We had an excellent stay. The young gentleman on reception was welcoming friendly and helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is comfortable, and centrally situated to visit everything you could possibly want to see by foot in Granada. Our furry friend was made very welcome.

The location was great but in particular the hotel its self was amazing. We booked to stay in the 'old' part of the hotel and were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. It is actually the old library of the spectacular house which was beautiful. So spacious with all the original decor, comfortable bed, and great facilities.

5 star hotel with no gym We booked the spa one day, to arrive and see it 1) full of people, we didn't have space for us 2) dirty 3) no towels available. The staff was with a customer providing a treatment, but in those occasions the hotel would need to have additional staff to take care of the place. I passed on the feedback to reception, but the manager didn't even apologize

Everything was lovely, but it looks more like a 4 stars than a 5 stars hotel
