Pool not officially open until 11am. Lifeguard not monitoring the pool closely, mostly eating and spending time near the bar. Rooms not always cleaned daily. Towels for the pool/beach not complimentary.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and there were some good amenities like the gym, Internet and pool. Bathrooms were nice. The breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful in storing luggage and booking a taxi quickly for the airport.

The lift. Only one lift so got quite fit staying on the 4th floor. That is my only negative comment. Would stay again.

Great location, few. Minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. Hotel was quiet and pool relaxed. Breakfast was good. Didn’t eat there in the evening. Rooms were small but well decorated and clean, nice balconies.

I am a bit of a bed and cushion snob so harder beds and cushions bug me but the others slept well.

The energy of the hotel and the amazing staff is great. Very welcoming, forthcoming and location is great. Though the pool is close to a street it did not end up bothering me and the pool, design and sunbeds are great.

Quick stay at the hotel for a late arrival and early departure. All in all it was perfect for this purpose. The staff even organised a breakfast bag for us when we needed to leave at 330am and gave us some free water bottles even when the bar was closed

Stylish and very clean hotel. The staff were excellent and welcoming. Lovely, chilled family-friendly atmosphere around the pool. We enjoyed a cool swim, cocktails and snacks whilst reading our books. There was a lifeguard by the pool and although the water was cold, our children swam all afternoon having a great time after our daily sightseeing. We needed a comfortable base for a 3 night stay, we were able to have two rooms located next door to each other as a small family, ample choices for breakfast each morning available from 8am. The airport was an 8 minute drive. We used the bus from the airport which was cheap and then took a taxi back for approx 20 euros. We felt well placed to access public transport throughout our stay, a short stroll to the bus stop and for 6 euros we were able to reach Palma Old Town. A short stroll the other way led to ample seafront restaurants (recommend El Patio) and a beach (it wasn’t our cup of tea and preferred the beaches at Sóller). The hotel was quiet and we all slept really well! Overall, we would highly recommend for adventuring families or couples looking for a well-located base in a smaller, accurately-priced and clean hotel. We would use again if flying in and out of Palma!

My only complaint was no double beds. The single beds were pushed together but they separated and the bedding was still for single beds.

Very small rooms comparing to other hotels it was quite uncomfortable. I mean we were struggling to move around as space between the wall and bed was less than 1m.

The bathroom. You have to place a towel on the floor next to the shower otherwise you’ll get water all over while taking shower. Too much noise from outside in the evening.

In my opinion the breakfast too poor for a 4-star hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom left something to be desired. And I got very disappointed with the communication with the hotel. I forgot my Airpods in the room and despite sending several messages through Booking, no one answered me! I only got a replay after contacting the front desk and getting the hotel's direct email! Result: The maid who found my AirPods did not return them to the reception! Therefore, I do not think this is a trustworthy hotel. If you forget something, you will not get it back!

The hotel is beautiful and everything is new as it was recently renovated. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works very well, and the shower is strong. The pool is also very beautiful. Good location, very close to the bus stop directly from the airport, close to the beach and several good restaurants nearby.

Insufficient hooks/shelves in bathroom at convenient heights. No tea making facility in room- but rectified by superb management. Very small single drawer for personal item if clothing. These are minor items so didn't create a problem. Pool and surrounds basic.

Breakfast - plenty of variety, self service. VERY happy and willing staff. Cleanliness in all areas. Tranquil surroundings.
