Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdoma. They didn't tell me in advance that I was in the another nearby hotel that has same owners. I couldn't find Hotel Europa in the dark and rain. Went into this other one by chance! And discovered that had booked me into this one, because it had an elevator [I'd asked for elevator]. b. Bit of a grim walk at night from station to the hotel -especially in the dark with howling wind and rain. And not very easy to get to Irun without a taxi.
Simple, clean, elevator, very good food, restaurant-bar open till late. Reception open till late. Friendly staff.

United Statesit was very basic. The area around the pension seemed a little iffy at night — I wouldn’t have wanted to walk to the pension at night as a single woman. I felt the pension was on the expensive side for comparable lodgings elsewhere, but lodging in Irun just seemed expensive overall.
the pension was very clean snd comfortable. we purchased the breakfast which was excellent and included ham, cheese, a piece of fruit or yogurt, a muffin, toast and coffee or tea.

SwitzerlandFull of Moskitos 🦟 the wall full of dead Moskitos and it was a pension not a Hotel and the room was very hot, the price was to high for a room in a pension the breakfast was ok. I do not recomend this for anyone.
