Sadly, I slept badly because the bedding was so poor. Very thin duvet, thin pillow. The mattress was averagely ok but I developed backache in the night. The pillow gave no support. But I was cold and that prevented me sleeping . I got a blanket down from the cupboard but that was thin too and didn’t help much. It was December. Thin bedding is acceptable in summer but Spain is not particularly warm at night in winter. Sorry to say this as otherwise hotel was fine.

Super location - straight onto the street for lots of shops, life and restaurants etc. Quiet - despite location it was very quiet. Good breakfast, quite a lot of choice. Very pleasant receptionist with excellent French who also made is a tea although the bar was closed when we came in .

Very late breakfast ( Sunday). People travelling still have schedules to keep to. A bit of a hassle to sort out the parking. Advance notice of what to expect would have been time saving.

The hotel was very noisy. People taking a shower in the room above you created a lot of noise as if someone was filling a hot air balloon. Our room looked out on a street at the side of the hotel which was also pretty loud. The bed was a bit wobbly. It's decent but dated hotel...

The hotel is in the heart of the city. Reception desk staff were really friendly. Breakfast was simple but decent.

The location was right in the middle of town, just off the Rambla where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Underground parking was fairly priced at 9E and it was quiet overnight. Breakfast was good and fresh

In May I stayed there for my honey moon with all my family coming from abroad. The lift wasn't working and the air conditioner was off. It was working but because even though it was really hot those days, and the receptionist were also straggling with the hot temperatures, the director of the hotel. didn't want to switch it on until mid June/July. I would have changed the hotel because I was really annoyed having in mind that you recommend this hotel to all your relative: however all that happened once we were there. Even though We had booked 7 rooms, the director decided not to do anything regarding our complaints.

Noisy. The toilet flush (Made in USA) produced noise like the Niagara falls! You have to listen all what neighbours doing in their bathroom.

Hotel located on a square where cars could not pull up outside. Bit awkward for carrying luggage to the nearby street. The local youth gather in the square and were very noisy until about 4am. A little pricey.

Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel communal areas were spacious with bar and breakfast areas. Room was large and spotlessly clean. Shower good. Very central for Vilafranca.

Otherwise the hotel is quite dated, the rooms very basic, the walls very thin and the corridors full of stains.

Very well located hotel with very convenient parking (they offer a special rate of 9 Euro per day) and friendly staff. The room has a modern bathroom, a large TV set and comfy mattress. Decent breakfast for 7.50 Euro.

Heating didn't seem to warm up the room, toilet was a bit hit and miss flushing, shower water kept turning extremely hot.

Good location in nice area of Vilafranca, quiet despite being in the centre. It's a basic, clean hotel with a decent breakfast as part of the price. Don't expect any luxury!
