Lovely place with very friendly staff. Accommodations were comfortable, roomy and modern. Stayed in the newer part of the hotel. Loved the auto switch for good morning (soft lights on and outside roller blinds open and a goodnight switch to slowly turn off lights and close outdoor blinds) the attached restaurant had a nice menu of lovely tasty items. Great location!

Internal "patio" is not a real patio in the traditional sense. I would change the description of the room to reflect that. It did provide enough light into the room and bathroom though. Another minor suggestion: it would be an improvement if the breakfast room could be slightly rearranged to have more tables by the windows to allow more guests to enjoy the street view while having breakfast

- staff was welcoming, friendly and very accomodating - spacious room, we requested 3 beds and everything was in order when we arrived - breakfast with an amazing selection of cold and warm food, fruits and pastries - the lobby and the room smelled amazing

The completely outstanding delightful staff who are so welcoming and helpful. They give off an energy of pleasure in their work and could not be more helpful and responsive to customers. The Regina is immaculate; breakfast caters for all tastes and cultures with delicious fresh foods.

Lack of spa and pool. The rooms were on the smaller side although the bathroom was big.

Hotel Regina was amazing! The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated as are the rooms. The breakfast was tasty and abundant and the staff was super nice. The location is superb, right in the center of Madrid with a Metro station right in front of the hotel.

Hotel Regina was amazing! The location is superb, right in the center of Madrid with a Metro station right in front of the hotel. The hotel is modern and beautifully decorated as are the rooms. The breakfast was tasty and abundant and the staff was super nice.

Overall i would say it was great. Late morning can be a little noisy as they are doing some renovations. Breakfast was a good spread and room was very good.

It was a little pricey. Also the usb input didn’t seem to work, but it was no big deal at all.

I really like the street it is located, classic, crowded, with basically everything. The room has sophisticated interior design and the only dry wet depart bathroom I’ve ever met in Europe so far. Above all the staff are so attentive and responsive, feeling like that they really care your needs.

Breakast was ample although for a 5 star it had no chefs cooking up fresh eggs etc so things sat in pans. Penthouse with terrace (room 534) had one chair positioned next to one side of the bed and a stool near a counter. We wanted to host a friend for a chat in our room but had nowhere to sit them except on the terrace which was too cold that day so we had to go elsewhere for our chat.

location was great and we used the ev tuk-tuk tours which start across the street. Liked the greeter/staff person at the door. Like the hats on the reception desk staff. We had the penthouse with terrace which was very nice. Not having traffic at the door did not inconvenience drivers for our drop off or pick up since there is a layby a few feet away, so that was great. There seemed to be a lot of energy and guests in the lobby bar/restaurant but we never used it. The reception took time to do a map for us of how to get to a particular restaurant we wanted to go to. Wifi was solid. Not sure why the free-standing shower is on the terrace, but never used it.

Great location, very quiet , fabulous breakfast. The metro is just in front of the hotel, gran via is 5 min walk. All tourist attractions are in walking distance.
