The pool bat staff where brilliant and really friendly. The hotel also very friendly The pool was cleaned daily and not very cold it was just nice to get in and out of.

The internal hotel facilities are quite outdated for its size. However, the location beats the facilities. Note that the pool and external facilities are great.

Location was the highlight. Easy access to the beach and transport to the airport, as well as many amenities nearby. Value for money.

Despite some renovations since my previous visit there are still "areas" where there is need for some TLC ! The breakfast was Euro 7.00 (reasonable) at the beginning of our visit, but increased to CHF 8.50 after a few days (too much) the breakfast offer (variety) is good, but not always the quality...fresh fruit salad some days, but not others.

the location is so convenient for walking to the beach, (8mins), the shopping centre (5 mins) the bus stop ( 3 mins) and the local baker (2 mins) !! The staff are very friendly...from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Not happy with the first "superior" room but after discussion with reception we were given a room with different facilities (more storage space) so very happy with the service.

Cleaning irregular. Stayed from Tuesday till Tuesday. Our room was clean once and twice(Friday and Monday) changed towels. Even I ask at reception twice, then ring by phone from room to get finally towels and extra pillow.

Staff. I asked waitress lady to visit breakfast early, at 7am and she sorted without problem at all. The guy who serve dinner and drinks in restaurant always smile and helpful. Chef cooking home food nice, but mostly German food, probably because 90% of guests is German people

Older room rather dated .Kitchen equipment sparse ( though not there to cook as plenty of restaurants nearby). English channels on flat screen would have been good.

Room large,beds ok, balcony large.The heated swimming pool was better than expected with plenty of space and comfortable loungers and lifeguard (just in case).Many appts in PDI do not heat their pools in winter. Staff all very kind (especially Maria at breakfast).Breakfast fine for 7euros. Wifi fine. Overall very good for the price.

The cleaning could be better, the couch in the living room looked dirty. The window of the bedroom was very thin glass that in the morning u could hear everything from the hallway...

Room was not the best. Toilet flush didnt work. Walls were moulded and paint coming off. Furniture was really old and I didnt even want to touch the sofa. It was really noisy and the whole room was shaking due to the renovation progress in the next room. Thats probably a good thing that they are fixing rooms but did distrupt my stay.

There was a weird drain smell each day when we returned to the room after it had been cleaned. Weren’t allowed to take our drinks from the pool bar to the restaurant to finish while we had our dinner - were asked to buy a drink even though we’d already paid for the meal with the room. Towels were removed during cleaning but not replaced until much later.

The location was great for our short visit. Easy walking distance to Yumbo Centrum and to the beach. The ladies on the pool bar, and in the restaurant at breakfast were lovely

The noise from the neighbours. no telephone to call reception. Smell in the bathroom.

Reception very friendly and helpful. It was not very clean, but the sheets and towels were clean. The smell in the shower was terrible. Room very spacious. Kitchen was okay.

Lack of toaster and kettle and microwave in room. Also , I sent an email to the hotel a few days prior, which was ignored, that would have saved us a lot of bother.

Waaaaaaaaaaay too many kids staying at times, like 50 at a time. It ruins it for everyone else who just want to chill out at the pool for the day but this is impossible with all the shouting and screaming, it is like being in a kindergarten! Also, there always seems to be some sort of construction upgrades work going on, if it is not the horrible sound of angle grinders it is the noise from banging hammers.

The new restaurant is very nice. The new superior rooms are great. The late check out time option is brilliant as my flight is always at 8pm and the staff are very nice and friendly.

the kitchen in the apartment is really nice, but the equipment lacked basic things such as cups for tea, any sponge for washing dishes and detergent, a knife for slicing. the beds had good mattresses but the metal structure of the beds was old and one of them creaked terribly noisily with any movement

good location, bus stop right in front of the hotel, the renovated apartment was really nice, all appartments are spacious, terrace with a view, I enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, it´s been a good idea to place it outside under the palm trees. I have been to the hotel before and I will gladly come again

I didn't like that I booked an air conditioned room and got a room where staff knew the AC was broken, in July this is unacceptable but they did move me to a new room after one night. I did not like the beds. They were rough to sleep on, the provided couch/sofa bed in the superior rooms are far nicer to sleep on. I stayed on the 4th floor and the cannabis smell was very strong. Additionally, people do not follow the quiet hours signs posted everywhere around the halls. Some people were extremely loud during our stay and that seemed to be the norm

I loved the pool and attached restaurant. The pool is the perfect depth, almost 6feet in the majority. Very comfortable to swim in. I also loved the staff at the pool bar, they were really sound and made the stay memorable! Thanks to Alex & Grace we were made feel welcome! I think once the hotel has finished upgrading all the rooms and (improves the beds & mattresses)and sorts out it's air conditioning issues it can be a 5 star hotel.

Could do with a second pillow on beds and more than one key per room as if one person wants to go out then the others cannot.

Really lovely staff despite the language barrier, very clean, pool facilities nice and was easy to get a sun lounger.
