Beds was little low and not very wide little uncomfortable my husband didn't sleep very well on them .

The rosamari & spa the sister hotel was lovely it was nice being able to use there sun lounge.over all stay was ok

Didn’t like the room layout, the kitchen and sofa felt like in a jail with no view or windows, there was nothing in the kitchen not even a glass to have a drink, being a family room I was expecting a full equipped kitchen, very dissatisfied, not value for money, but the breakfast and dinner were reasonable.

The safe was not working or we just didn’t understand how to close it, but there was not any instructions. Furthermore, shampoo and shower gel were together and practically there were not them. For the 4star hotel it’s a nonsense. The TV was really small even in my student residence it’s bigger. The swimming pool and a roof bar were original for Europe.

The location was amazing. The first line and it’s really close to the beach, different restaurants, castle and other things. Fast check-in, even though we have arrived a little bit earlier. The room was with a balcony which is a big plus. The TV had a radio so it was pretty nice for me and for my friend. Sorry for neighbors 😄 Quite good breakfast. Sauna was nice also.

Gym and sauna open only from 9am. Huge parking problem in the area and unless booking in advance, not able to park in the hotel's parking area.

The room was okay even though there was noise on the outside late at night and early morning. The staff communicates in English. The breakfast has a lot of different options and the food is very good.

The staff could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent. Had a front view balcony which was wonderful. The rooms were a good size with a spare room with fridge, sink and tap.

Not as on pictures sorry, for that money we were expecting more comfort. We had full pension and we had to buy all time our drink, food not really ok not much to choose . Kids’s room was not everyday changed the bedsheets. Parking 24€ for a day , too expensive. The pool was not every day clean.dirty .Sorry . I would not stay next time in this hotel.

The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They refused to help us with an issue we were facing with the air conditioning in our room. They point blank said we can't do anything about it. It was extremely hot and we couldn't sleep all night. The bathroom was smelling and was completely run down. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The hotel is not more than 3 stars, the service is very bad,not so helpful, the cleaning service is almost missed, they forgot to clean the room some days. The TV and AC didn't work. Very disappointed!
