Lack of storage in the room and the lift was well passed its best. No tea or coffee in the room .

It is perfectly placed on the beach front and also handy for the bars . Breakfast was ok but adequate, staff were excellent. Great air conditioning .

The lift! It made loud clanking noises between floors. At times I increased my step count using the stairs. The health option....

The location on the main strip. The meals I had were very good. I had stayed in this hotel a few times several years ago and the redecoration since is lovely. Very friendly staff.

This was my second stay at Subur and while I liked the balcony room way better, the bathroom sucked! The shower had no curtain or divider between the shower and the sink, plus the shower floor was at floor level so water gets everywhere! It’s not a deal breaker but it’s annoying.

The room had no view and lacked privacy as the adjacent room was visible when the curtains were open. Occasionally there was unpleasant sewer smell. The bathroom was a little tight as you had to squeeze pass the bathroom door. The tile paint kept on peeling in the shower. No parking facilities available.

The room and bathroom was clean. Room size was decent with a large comfortable bed. Wardrobe was spacious. The location was perfect, just across from the beach and close to all the local amenities. Breakfast was good, although we opted to eat at the local restaurants instead for more variety.

The lift is a bit old and sometimes you need to wait a bit to take it.

It was very clean and the location was super convenient. The room was large and there was enough space for all our luggage. Also the bathroom wasn’t too small.

The only downside worth mentioning is that the separating walls were thin and at times we could hear what in the other room the guests were talking. But luckily they were mostly out of the room just as we were, so this wasn't a considerable bothering aspect. Maybe at times the WiFi could have been better, but it was far from being a deal breaker.

We had a nice stay at Hotel Subur. We had picked this hotel because of its close location to the beach and city center. From this perspective it was a real pleasure to be staying so close to basically everything: only a few steps away to some of the nicest restaurants on the promenade, and it was basically 2 corners aways from the main square which was very lively every evening which we enjoyed a lot. Also we had several stores nearby. One would say that being so close to the crowded areas the room would be loud and noisy, but that wasn't the case. Once we closed the balcony doors, zero noise came in. And we would keep the doors closed because of the running air conditioning. The room size was really okay, not very large yet not small. It was nicely cleaned, all good on this front. We arrived 2 hours before the official check in time, hoping we could leave our luggage in the hotel and go out visiting the surroundings. Which wasn't a problem as the staff was very nice and took our luggage and kept is safely till we got back to take our rooms.

The room is very small. We were 2 adults and one 8 year child, and it was difficult for all of us to sleep in 2 single beds.. the bathroom also.. we booked a double room having one child, but the room is very small. The included breakfast was the same every day, with little diversity. No sundebs included, even if the hotel is on the beach. But overall, for one 3 stars hotel, it was a good stay😊

The food and staff at the restaurant were great. The location on the beach was perfect. The room was cleaned every day. The beach was great, clean, with slow entry in the watter, great for the kids.

I stayed on 4th and WiFi was non-existent! Bed is too light weight, easily get shifted and makes sounds on the floor.

No kettle in the room, the view was for inner yard i knew it while booking, but the window is so small, and the room is too dark.

Plastic glasses in room were horrible and wasteful. Small shower. Staff could have been more helpful re: where to park and the fact you can briefly park outside the hotel. Charging for beach towel hire is a bit mean.

Definitely worth getting a view over the beach. Was great sitting on the balcony looking out. Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.
