There was only one available electrical socket in the room, but luckily I had packed a four socket extension lead which overcame the problem, the room also lacked a kettle which was a little disappointing.

We used this as a base, we had to come to Spain quickly for a funeral and needed somewhere to sleep. We decided as we were coming over we might as well stay for two weeks. This hotel is no frills, but it is in an excellent location for bars/restaurants and buses, the staff are friendly and helpful and the whole place is exceptionally clean. The bathroom had a really powerful shower and the towels were changed daily. There was a mini fridge and a safe in the room.

Apparently breakfast was not served until 8am , which meant we missed it on our check out day, although it appeared that the breakfast room was open when checking out at 7:30am. Struggled to get hot water to the basin, which may have been due to lack of rooms being occupied?

We asked for a specially adapted room and named the one we were in before. This was confirmed as available. It was not. Given a room with nothing for mobility limited guests. North facing and no balcony. Hotel did move us to a specially adapted room but then the shower must have been blocked and water flooded the room and hallway outside and other guests were knocking on door. Receptionist came up with bucket and mop. Told them it was too dangerous and cannot use shower. Moved to another inadequate room (this is 3rd room). Can't get a refund.

Decor and decoration is tired and worn and difficult to see how clean the floors etc are. Bath is rusty and water pressure very low.

Staff friendly and professional, especially the young man who checked us in. He also speaks good English, which was helpful. The hotel room was spacious with a fridge, air conditioner and small balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Situated on the main road but quiet. Very well located for the beach and many bars, restaurants, pharmacies, and Consum supermarket.

Only one electrical outlet which in current times when everyone has mobile phones and tablets to charge is an issue. Minor issues like no plug for bathroom sink requested several times but never arrived. Outlet pipe for air conditioning unit blew off in storm and was replaced by a bucket! Nothing that would spoil a holiday just minor inconveniences. The one thing that for us was a major issue was the pool access, absolutely no use if you are even slightly mobility restricted.

All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was a good size decorated in typical Spanish style, dark wood furniture and darker accent wall but patio doors and ample lighting so not an issue. Bed was comfortable and changed regularly. We had a mini fridge which was a bonus as not mentioned in description. Bathroom was bright, plenty of hot water and clean towels daily. Good air conditioning overall a comfortable room.

I think room needs a comfortable chair maybe a redecorate , felt I needed a rubber bath mat but didn’t ask will next time I stay

We have been staying there for several years and is looking a bit dated. The pool area could do with some refurbishment.

For the price we paid, we were not expecting red carpets. It was fine, no complaints.

It is our second stay here, and we find it very good value for money. It is basic, but that is all that we needed. It is not far from the beaches so, good location. It seemed to be quiet at night which is very important for a good nights sleep.

This was the second time I’ve stayed here , first time the bed was very comfortable, this time it wasn’t as comfortable, but it was a different room this time , if I’d have asked to move they would have moved me

The price did reflect the hotel although the windows on the stair case need fixing for safety. The breakfast did not reflect the picture it was in a different room and did not offer what was shown
