Dificult to find the entrance in the dark, could do with an iluminated sign to show the entrance

Location has easy access from the motorway but you need your wits about you to find the entrance although it is signposted - would be difficult at night.

The room was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. Luckily we had a balcony and so I opened the door to the balcony and that cooled the room down.

Simple, clean accommodation. Perfect for what we wanted. A stop-over on our journey back from the UK to Portugal. Good value for money.

Lovely male receptionist who rang the vets for us to confirm our dog's appointment. He had very good English. Room was very large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

18€ for a dog is excessive. Luckily the room price was very reasonable so still not excessive with the dog charge but a heavy fee even so.

Everything was really good.

Really good hotel. This was the third time to stay and each stay has been as good as the last. Reception staff are very good and helpful. Rooms are very large, comfortable and clean and very quiet. Bathrooms are also large and very clean. Meals in the restaurant/cafe are good with a large menu to choose from. Breakfast is also well worth having with an array of cold and hot choices. Well worth remembering, to drive either north or south, you have to turn left out of the car park following the sign to the petrol station, drive through the forecourt, turn right onto the main road and take the first slip road on the right to the motorway.

This was our second stay at the hotel and will definitely be back. Ideal for a transit stop between France and Spain. Close proximity to San Sebastián.

Nothing but here are a few things that could be taken into consideration in the future. The lights in the rooms are way too white and intense for me as i suffer from photosensitivity, and there's no way to dim them, or turn on other lights that would be less bright. The bathroom is beginning to look quite dated but it was very clean, like always. Beds could be a tiny bit softer.

The hotel is very pleasant. Breakfast is great. The staff is very welcoming. We've been coming here for years and have always felt welcomed. Even during Covid they did everything to accommodate us to the best of their abilities with the limitations imposed at that time. Will continue to return like always. The best hotel for our needs.

Not so much a dislike, more a note of caution - for older English drivers like us, maybe! The location is problematic if you're new to the area. Situated very close to both motorway and main city roads, the approach from France via Google maps failed to indicate the tiny turn to the hotel. Consequently found ourselves on the Autoroute and a 5k drive back around more busy roads to find the hotel. It was worth the effort, nevertheless!

Unbelievable value for money. Head and shoulders above similarly priced or even more expensive hotels. High quality, large clean room, lovely shower, warm welcome, plenty of parking. Excellent cafe/restaurant with friendly patient staff. Would definitely recommend and return.

Very large room which was exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and enabled us to sleep really well. Large clean bathroom The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We found that the hotel is easy to find off the motorway.
