Location is not perfect, but the territory of the hotel is great!

Great value for money! We liked the infrastructure a lot, we had half board option - the meal was delicious, big choice. Even pool towels were there. A lot of activities for kids and adults (sports, dancing, etc.). If you rent a car there is a free parking next to the hotel.

The room was great with adequate sun light. The beach is 5 min by walk. The stuffs were very friendly. The breakfast and dinner was great. There were a lot of varieties of food for dinner and breakfast. The dinner menu keeps changing every time.

Very thin wall, because each morning at 7am you can hear, that TV is on behind the wall. Also bathroom from the room was separated by sliding doors, so there was no isolation.

Location of the hotel was very good and calm. Breakfast was really good and various, room was clean and enough of facilities, swimming pool inside the building, because outside was too cold for swimming.

None of these cons has made us not book again, we had a fab time but there was a few things that could make it even better... Rooms- no lift on the superior apartment side, climbing 3 floors of stairs when roasting isn't fun, aircon diddnt work well atall, cooler outside at night than inside, when we used the shower the apartment flooded we had to use multiple towels to block the water in the shower, beds aren't the comfiest and very squikey. Indoor pool isn't heated which is a little chilly when your just splashing about with kids and no sun on you to heat you up indoors. Overall i will be back. Thankyou

Kids club/mini disco staff super friendly, keeps the kids super busy- kids club 10:30-1 3-5 then mini disco 8pm. Even though there wasn't much English speaking kids when we were there all staff still continued to speak English mainly over any other language. All inclusive was really good, different options each day for lunch & dinner. Out with breakfast lunch and dinner there was snack bar, brunch options, and cake time, amazing cocktails included In all-inclusive. Kids loved the pools and play park. Seen the staff every morning deep cleaning the grounds & pools.

I don't have enough good words about our amazing Holiday what we had with our two children on 6 and 9 years old.This Hotel are amazing place for children.The time when Tino club start daily at 10:30 till 13:00 and again at 15:00 till 17:00 you can leave your children to play with many children from different nationality under Supervision from Animation team which are so friendly and kindly with children.Between this times can take a rest 😀. Every night, children finished with Disco club night between 20:00-20:45 when children meet Tino and received a diploma from him, which children loved and felt so proud 👏. Again wanna say big thank you especially for Animation team and rest of team in Valentin Hotel.All staff are looked smart,very professionally and friendly.We will visit again.

Definitely the best hotel for this price, it should have more than 3 stars The food is excellent, varied and fresh. The staff is more than friendly. The hotel facilities are excellent even in October, every day a lot for children and adults. The pools are great Close to the beach and the center, about 7 minutes' walk. its sometimes abit strollers unfriendly, its built in a hill, stairs are mandatory but might be possible to add in more ramps the poolbar staff was not very attentive and the food was abit loveless, apart from that everything was great and absolutely recommendable

However, there were a few downsides to the hotel as well. One noticeable drawback was the lack of power sockets in the rooms. With only two available, it was quite inconvenient, especially in this age of multiple electronic devices. It would have been much more convenient to have additional sockets readily accessible. Another issue we encountered was the noise disturbance in the morning. The room provided a view of the main pool, which was nice, but the sounds of breakfast preparation became quite disruptive. It would have been preferable if the hotel could have implemented measures to minimize this disturbance, ensuring a more peaceful stay for guests.

On the positive side, one of the highlights was the availability of multiple swimming pools. This ensured that there was always a spot available to take a dip and relax. Additionally, the all-inclusive food offered at the hotel was excellent and diverse, ensuring a wide range of options for all taste buds. One aspect of the hotel that stood out was the variety of activities available for guests. My favorite was the demonstration of paella cooking, where we got to learn and participate while enjoying a delicious sangria degustation. This interactive experience added an extra touch of fun to our stay.

Our only suggestion would be to baby proof the sockets in the room. Our 2-year old’s cot could only fit right underneath a double socket. Nothing happened but we would have been more tranquil if there was an option to baby proof these.

The food was great and varied, with animations even during dinner, staff was super lovely and clearly love kids. The pools are great and our 2 year old was squealing with joy when he discovered the kids’ pool! Everything was clean too, and just minutes away on foot from the beach. We really loved our stay - found it perfect for families (or the elderly as seemed to be only these two populations during our stay — not a complaint!) I would recommend going not too late in the year: we went end of September and the pools were very cold to swim in, sun not hot enough to warm us up… the beach was great in the morning as an alternative.

It was very strange to pay for the safe in our room.

Food was sufficient and good, room was alright, the only downside is that there was no door in the bathroom, so there was a bit of lack of privacy. We were allowed to make use of the facilities, enjoy the pool, food and drinks even before the official check-in time in our room which I really appreciated. Staff was always helpful.

-Lack of electric plugs, -Pool temperature was cold, -After breakfast/lunch/dinner rushing to tidy up (The restaurant is open until 10:30 for the breakfast, 14:30 for lunch, 21:30 for dinner, but they start tidying up 20 minutes before closing.), -Even if you are all inclusive you have to pay for several things (popcorn and food at pool bar, bottled drinks, iced coffee, towels for pool, safe in the room, only cheap alcohol drinks are free.)

Room was after renovation, really good and clean. A lot of tasty food. Good program for kids with pools, club and disco. Also nice program for adults. Staff is just really professional and friendly. This is our favourite family hotel. We’ll definitely come back again!

There were a few games that needed to be fixed. Blackout curtains didn't stop light completely.

Never had difficulty finding sun beds even though we would go to the pool late morning or afternoon. Loads to do and all listed when you scan the QR code. Really close to a nice beach. Excellent kids club, pool, playground, disco. Really enjoyed the entertainment. Delicious food. Really friendly staff who always go above and beyond.
