To incorporate uk speaking TV channels would be useful especially in Winter months.

Always acknowledge special requests and accommodate wherever possible.

No parking available, the hotel is a bit hidden in a backyard. Soap is provided in small paper/plastic bags. Balcony light turned on all night, cannot be switched off. Room overheated on arrival.

Unbeatable value for money. The hotel has all necessary facilities, breakfast included in the price, and is altogether a good place to stay for a few days when one has to work nearby.

Buffet breakfast could be better for non Spanish customers. I tend to go out and not eat in hotel as I can get a better meal.suited to my needs elsewhere.

Door had a slight gap so u could see through to the hall way cleaning staff walked in ok me whilst I was in the room I could always hear people on other rooms No water or anything left in room

No parking, and the soap is packaged in individual doses. Not sustainable.

Everything works very well - front desk, breakfast, internet. A simple, but comfortable place. Very good the location, although a bit hidden in a 'backyard', one can walk to the beach and main restaurants in a few minutes.

Insufficient power points (tomas de corriente) in the room for my laptop and phone. I felt wary of unplugging the TV or Fridge. Probably not the hotel's fault, but when I booked a taxi at reception at 07:30 I expected it to arrive at 09:15. It didn't. I reminded the receptionist at 09:35. She phoned but still no taxi arrived. Because of this I missed my bus and lost half a day of my plans. The female receptionist didn't seem very inclined to help (I speak Spanish so that was not at issue).

Location is good, easy to find from the beach. Taxi couldn't drop me at the door because of road closures, but it was a short walk. My case was heavy and my mobility is poor so it was good to find disabled access via the lower floor. Apart from a couple of niggles, it was a satisfactory overnight spot. I enjoyed my meal at Bohemians, Playa Arenal

Some of the food is a bit blunt. Also, it seems a bit difficult sometimes to add comsumptions to the hotel bill, which I don't understand

The hotel is comfortable and well located. Plenty of choice for food and never run out of anything.

No access for disabled our elderly people into the pool most of the hotel was full of elderly people who could not access into the pool. Need a poolhoist chair lift

we have stayed several times before as our family were staying nearby. The hotel is dated and needs updating but the thing that annoys us the most is the breakfast. it was bad over 5 years ago and has never changed. They might as well not bother with the cooked breakfast and improve the continental one. even the bread did not taste nice. The croissants were stodgy and possibly stale. the jam was disgusting like a diet jam. We have stayed at several inferior hotels but the breakfast has always been much better. Really can’t believe it has not improved. Everytime we say never again but as there are so few hotels in Javea we book in again. maybe that is why they choose to not improve.
