Breakfast was not ready at stated time. Staff appeared to have not turned up for work and the one person that did arrive, appeared to have just woken up.

It was in an industrial area.

We chose to stay a little way out of town so this facility suited us well. Parking was very easy and the breakfast had a good variety of food. We had a car an found it easy to get into town where there were parking stations at a very good price. The facility was close to the highway for easy access. It was quiet and clean. The room was quite small, as we found most rooms closer to Paris are. There was a lounge area available with comfortable chairs. If you have a car this is a good hotel at a decent price.

We have stayed there before on our way to Spain. Great location. Easy to park right in front of the hotel. Comfy rooms, if a bit hot (it was 38 degrees that day). Breakfast was great. Would stay again.

I wasn’t aware that they lock up front gate, we almost arrived too late after a long journey. They did call mind you.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The bathroom is a wet room, so after you have showered everything is wet - also no toilet lid on toilet which mixed with wet floors was a bit unpleasant. Unfortunately during our stay the restaurant was shut temporarily and all other restaurants in walking distance were also closed. Lastly the cot provided was slightly wobbly/insecure.

We went in with low expectations given the really cheap bedroom rates, so we were happy that we got value for money. It was a good price and convenient on stop over on longer drive. We had a 5 month old with us and a cot was provided.

We had thought we would be able to walk to Reims but this is not feasible (no pavement access).

The staff were lovely and we have a connecting room that was clean, comfortable and worked well for us - we were using as a pit-stop travelling back from holiday - The area is an industrial estate and doesn't have availability to walk into Reims, although easy drive to restaurants and shops (Hyper U).

I did a one night stop over on my way to Switzerland. The hotel is very basic, cons: Beer at the bar not great and the restaurant wasn’t open, however this was communicated before I books so Uber eats sorted dinner. pros: easy to get to, the parking is secure overnight with a fence, gates and cctv around the premises and the breakfast good.

The room was very basic and very small. It suited us as was a stopping gap on way to euro tunnel..

It was very close to the centre of town and other attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a big car park that was free of charge.

Location is run down with no immediate facilities open for food or drink without transport as on an industrial estate ..we knew it was on an industrial estate but expected to find some local food outlets but despite there being evidence there once was they are now closed
