No hot water. Out of the 3 days stay, only hot water one morning. Staff were aware there was an issue with hot water. Did hear another couple complaining about it, too. The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning properly either. Couldn't get warm air. What a shame.

Check in on arrival did not go entirely smoothly. When we arrived at approx 4pm the front door was locked and required a five digit code to be entered on a key pad. Although I had been sent the code by text message at approx 3.15, I hadn’t checked my phone and so was unaware of code. I then phoned the hotel number and unfortunately the person I spoke to didn’t understand English very well and I don’t speak French. Fortunately, after a few minutes another hotel guest arrived and entered the code to open the door which allowed us to enter as well. In the reception area an information sheet and a room key was left out for us. When the booking confirmation is sent, I think this check in arrangement should be mentioned. In addition, I think the continental breakfast is overpriced at 15 euros per person per night. The breakfast is adequate but definitely not worth 15€.

Although the hotel was slightly dated, it was clean, the bedroom was a reasonable size with air con and there was a comfortable bed. A free public car park was close to the hotel.

Our room smelled a lot like cigarrete, but they changed us as soon as I complained. Building is a bit old and beds a little small. The entrance has a strong smell of gas.

The lady at the front desk was super kind and helpful. The location is perfect and rooms are clean. Also, they answer very fast when you send questions

No lift, super hot in the public areas, non working kettle so could not make a hot beverage. Staff heartfully meant to check it but did not happen after the second reminder.

The breakfast was not worth 15 Euro. They need to add more choices, inc fruit. The toilet seat, in my bathroom was just about to fall off. I did mention it. And think other guests have in Reviews.

Mena, Lala and other women running everything are fantastic and very helpful. It's a fabulous small hotel, right in the centre of the Village. Very near Station, but little noise. Good aircon.

Would have liked something more substantial for breakfast. For example cereal or boiled eggs but this wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

Would be good if some details about checking in were on Booking.com to make it a bit easier as I had to call a number when I got there to get the code and the person who answered only spoke French, which was fine but may be problematic if you don’t speak any French!

The shower was very temperamental, stayed cold for ages and then scolded you if you weren't careful, also managed to have a close call flooding the bathroom as it was draining very well one afternoon.

The staff were absolutely lovely and the location was beautiful, the views from the balcony were something to behold.

Night time entry code on lobby door did not always work with first input, you had to enter it again. No big deal except on rainy evenings :) .

Shower was a bit cumbersome as the water goes out. The nearby square can sometimes by noisy in the evening and night. The place is suitated at a pedestrian area and hence was difficult to find by car

Large and comfortable bed. Very clean room and friendly staff at reception. Access was easy and well communicated. The location is great as it is in very idyllic old city centre.

We had issues check in, specially after hours. There is a phone number that says it's 24hrs but it is not. It would have been great to have a contact number to reach the property any time of the day. Even though this issue generate us a lot of stress, the rest of the stay was great and the staff very friendly, helpful and nice. I would recommend staying there.

Great location, clean and up to the expectations for the price. I recommended for anyone travelling around the area.
