Coffee machine in room had no instructions and didn’t seem to work. But I’m sure if I asked they would have fixed it

It’s so central and only 5 min walk to the Louvre! The Stuff was stunning,such a friendly and helpful people,so sweet and so cooperative! We really enjoyed it!They made our stay very pleasant!We want to go back there this year again,and we will definitely choose Hotel Lumen again!!!!:)) Thank youuuuuuuu SO much!!!

Lovely hotel in a excellent location! Staff were brilliant and very accommodating, we arrived a lot earlier than planned but staff had a room ready for us which was great, the room also met all of our requests. The trip was planned for my partners birthday so the staff left a hand written note and some treats in the room for her which was a really nice touch! Will definitely return when we come back to Paris

Amazing hotel in an incredible location!! The staff was super friendly and helpful! They have a station with free tea, coffee and biscuits for the guests in the lobby and we thought it was an amazing gesture! We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family for sure!

The only thing that I can highlight in negative is the speed of the WIFI that was not very fast and perhaps some traffic noise at certain times.

In an unbeatable location is this hotel very well decorated and above all with a very attentive, thoughtful and extraordinarily efficient staff. Very cozy and fully equipped rooms with good Hermes ammenities. Without a doubt, a place to repeat whenever I return to Paris.

We have paid for superior bed room but turned out gave us the cosy room. We just found out after we left… totally speechless, we were keep thinking why the room is so small when we have paid extra for it.

the rooms were very very worn. nothing like the refurbished ones pictured online. so many scratched areas of paint and peeling surfaces. felt old and worn.

Pictures are very misleading, they show a property that looks new and well maintained where in reality literally everything, it is pretty worn off and tired. Lights don’t work, other features present but not working. Carpet is old and you feel like not wanting to walk away n it barefoot. Common spaces also pretty shabby like the lift. The lobby doesn’t resemble the space and light and freshness in the pictures. Breakfast is pretty basic and sad. There’s nothing really to complain and the nice staff really make a big difference, but you can tell that there is no effort and personal touch to make you feel like they care about your stay. This property needs to be full refurbished. For the rate I paid I got much better.
