It would be great to have a kettle in a room, there is a coffee machine, but kids for example don't drink coffee

The room was very small for 2 people, in the picture the room was bigger. The bed occupied 80% of the room.. the money I paid were a lot comparing with the value of the room.

The room was a little tiny, not so much space for a large luggage bag. Same meals every day with no variety and poor choice of meals.

Cosy, comfortable and silent room with artistic design. Very friendly and helpful stuff with French charming in the reception. Two metro stations are nearby.

Not very clean,breakfast full of missing parts ,small brekfastroom for the hotel size (number of rooms),the entrance doesn't have a sistem locking ,you have to close all the time the door(they have an announce to close the door ,why they don't buy anything to solve the problem ???). The real main entrance (the one I spoke was on the side),was broken,so they have a double problem. During the night you have a bell wich every time I used, the person charged to open it was sooooooo slow ,I was waiting about 2-3minutes in order to have the door open. In the end because we had a small dog I was charged with 10 euros per day (initially was 15 euros/day),yet I didn't have the precise information about the price ,I knew I could be charged, but I didn't have the exactly information about this it seems not fare not having the information about all...

When we arrived our room smelled cigar. But they changed us. It was a bit of a hustle to walk around with our luggages. Bathroom shower needs a proper door instead of curtain, otherwise the water goes to the carpet in the bedroom

I should write what I didn't like about the hotel by combining my opinion about city. Because Paris is still very crowded even in this season and despite bed bug threat. This makes the hotel expensive for value but I am also aware that this is normal for Paris. Why do I think that the value for price is not fair for the hotel? Hotel is a quite old hotel as I see it. Needs a renovation. Room was small for us as a couple who stayed for 6 nights. Photos didn't give me such an idea while booking and I didn't pay attention to size. If you travel alone or will stay just for 1-2 nights, then it may not be uncomfortable for you. Pity that I didn't take more photos from room or bath room. There was a heavy smell on corridor, outside the room. Feels like ventilation was not enough. A carpeted floor, wallpapers etc also gives the room a dusty smell when you enter. But you get used to it. Can be a problem if you are allergic.

First of all, staff is very kind and friendly. They give suggestions about public transport, city etc and try are helpful. They do their best to assist you with your needs. Secondly, location is very good. Very close to bus, few different metro, some restaurants, carrefour market etc. Hot water is amazing, open the tap and you have very hot water in 2 seconds. Breakfast is not perfect but good enough. If you plan to use public transport, don't forget to take your photo and a scissor with you to use on public transport card. Otherwise you need to find a Photomaton and take 4 photos for 5euros. Public transport is a very wise choice for transportation in Paris. 30 euros unlimited for a week is very good. Only problem is that it starts from Monday and ends on Sunday no matter which day do you buy a weekly pass.

the room was quite small compared to the photos ?! the building seems not in a very good shape for a 4 stars hotel ? the breakfast was not very good ( not even a real baguette !)

The hotel is well located and is near to a Metro station. The breakfast is quite simple, but you can get almost all the basics. The room and bathroom are relative bigger. I would like to recommend this hotel

Room needed maintenance. Spiral staircase to bedroom wouldn’t be suitable for older guests.

i disnt like that i went to eat was no table available and the gentlemen asked me to sit with someone else. I went in holiday to relax… Si i left. Next day, i went 10:40 even if the breakfast was until 11:00, tje breakfast was closed. I still could have time for a coffee and a croissant…
