We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceCleaning in the room should much improved. Long black woman hair in the the bath, hair in the sink at the kitchen. Just horrible, we were not able to use the kitchen in this condition. Noone in the reception in the evening to claim to improve it.
Breakfast. It was a lot of choice, just delicious. The lady Fetta dealing with breakfast, is incredibly helpful, kind and customer oriented. She made our day!

NetherlandsBesides the fact that it was clean, it was obvious that a lot of people smoked in this room. The sealing was even a bit yellow, so it wasn’t just one sigaret… I’m not a smoker so it was hard to not smell it.
The appartement was very clean, no dust or whatever.

SpainThere was a bit of a wierd smell I guess from other guests cooking on the same floor (it went very quickly after we opened the window and the carpet was quite stained. They also took a payment from my card when I made the booking, then took another full payment when we arrived and haven't yet reimbursed the initial payment although they said they would when I asked about it- I'm sure they will reimburse it I just would have liked to have been told about it in advance.
The bed was very comfortable and the location was great. Very friendly staff and very very quiet. We had a great sleep!
