Bedding : paid £18 per person for 1 double flat sheet each and 2 towels each. I would have preferred 2 singles sheets each. Blankets are not washed once guests leave. I wonder how many guests use the same blankets ???!!!

Great pool for swimming but much green algae/ mould on its tiled walls. Still no handrail for pool- many older swimmers find the steps difficult. Guests have complained for years but no action taken. Only minority of pool users wearing compulsory armbands!

Maybe airconditioning systems should be provided in the rooms. We experienced extra hot nights when it was nearly impossible to sleep. This is why I put low score on `comfort` section.

I liked a lot the position, the bar and the swimming pool. Very nice and comfy green area surrounding the whole structure where you can relax and enjoy fresh trees' shadows.

The downstairs bistro by the pool could have offer wider selection of snacks and meals. All was about fries, fast food and sweetened drinks. The final cleaning you can do yourself, but there were not enough cleaning items to do it. Wi-fi signal in certain areas of the apartment was vanishing. Bathroom was pretty small.

rather quiet, fenced area, where the kids could roam freely. Despite several buildings I had the feeling the layout was designed so well, one could really feel the privacy. It is perfect for families with kids especially if the rooms booked were in the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Pool was in the middle of the area, the sunbathing chairs were plenty and handy toilettes and showers located by the pool. There was the playground for kids and outside gym, beach was within max 5 min walk. Main promenade by the beach was also 5 min walk away. Grocery shop 10 min walk.

That I had to pay for my linen; and obviously had to make my bed. We were very nervous about cleaning the place; and not having the correct cleaning material. It would be better to have everything included and give a price for it. I did not like the fact that i had to clean the place; it placed a damper on an otherwise lovely weekend. Thank you.

I loved the pool. The walk to the beach and the beachfront area was lovely; we really liked the proximity to the beach, ease to get there and the choice of restaurants close by. The barman Isiah was very friendly, helpful and a good ambassador for the place. The guy at reception, might be Filipino, speaks very good English so we seek him out a lot, helpful, not too friendly though. Though he gave us the information that we needed. The young ladies at reception and who helped out at the bar were very friendly and helpful.

I really did not like that the personnel did not speak English at all although the hotel advertised that English is not a problem. An extra fee for bed linens and towels was announced in advance but still - it was an inconvenience.

Room was all right with a convenient fridge. We also liked a small shop at the reception where we could order croissants for the next morning.

The parking in/out with the card is just catastrophic.. I think for the size is a bit too expensive, really small apartment, we been a family of 5, all in 1 and half rooms, The floor around the swimming pool is very slippery- what an idea? The bar could be as well more charming if they like us to have a drink a small snack

Our room looked a way older than it’s shown on a picture, furniture were very old and bed quality, water pressure in a shower was so low that I had to spend an hour to wash my daughter’s hear. You need to pay extra for a bed sheets but the pillow cases did not fit the pillows because of smaller size and had many stains on them. Staircase and the floor at the reception were covered with stains as well…. Wi-Fi was so poor that you could not google something. We asked to upgrade the room but the manager Patrick did not want to listen to our needs, did not give a chance to explain anything and behaved aggressively. At first, he tried to ignore my asking and then declared that we might move out and stay for a night somewhere else if we did not like their residence (it was not possible to receive a refund due to the booking policy, so we would just lose the money in case of leaving earlier).

Lots of interlopers using the pool which made it crowded. Lots of people smoking on their terraces which made enjoying ours difficult. The hotel can’t control this though!

The studio was not clean. (Hair in the shower, …) The beds were not really beds. They are smaller than a small bed. And very old. I could only sleep on my back because of the shape of the matress. I came to relax. But relaxing comes with a good nights sleep.

The property is very nice and the swimming pool is perfect for a little excercise. It was quite in September but still sunny to enjoy the breakfast on the balcony.

Very dirty. The staff were rude, and none seemed to speak any englush at all. I only stayed ine nught if the four I had booked. Was over all a terrible experience.
