The location is quite far from the city center (around 3 km). There is no front desk at the property. There is an unpleasant smell in the building and in the room. The bed is quite small. There was no hot water in the bathroom in the first day. The TV didn't work at all.

The instructions for the self check-in received from the property were clear and easy to follow. The room is spacious and has street view. The free WiFi connection works very well.

The building itself is a little rough and smells of cigarettes, but my room was clean and did not smell at all. The bed was not super comfortable nor the pillow, but it was good enough for a few evenings. In a pinch, I would stay here again.

Very easy check-in and check-out. The location by Albiesriderplatz is also very central. The accommodation is bare-bones, but totally sufficient for a few days visit for work. The price is also quite good for Zurich. As long as you know you are getting a very basic accommodation with no amenities, you will be satisfied.

It wasn’t appreciated that the room smelt like cigarettes and felt that there was no effort to cover the smell. The toilet roll holder was also broken. Was told that the Wi-Fi access code would be in the apartment. However, there was no information or guidance in the room.

I really loved the fact this facility had an elevator. Makes life a lot easier!

The cold water stopped working on our last night so we couldn't flush the toilet that evening. Only got a response the next working day to my mails which was too late. No other issues

There was no wifi code in the apartment as indicated in the welcome message. I sent a message about it and until now nobody replied. The key box is difficult to find as there is no indication at the main door you have to enter through the other door from the backyard where the key boxes are. Without help of other guests I would never find it. The toilet lid was moving around and the AC was not working. Only the floor heating in the bathroom which was not enough and it was a bit cold.

The room is not suitable for a family of two couples. The bed sheet does not fit the mattress at all. The mattress is unfortunately not comfortable. The pillows are very bad and cannot be called a pillow. Unfortunately, there are no responsible or supervisory people for you to ask for help in changing something.

The location is very special. Salaf Check In's experience is not bad.

It is not possible to regulate the room temperature. it was 1 degree in the city and the room was freezing, the blankets were thin and we were cold. I sent a message to the landlord and he told me that the heating was in the building and it was not possible to change it, the room did not have heat radiators. Very cold.

There was a bit of confusion with our keys - booked two rooms and only received on code for the key box, so we had to contact the hosts twice (but they were very friendly and sorted out our issue quickly). One of the panels in our shower was broken and another missing, which made for a very interesting shower.

You get what you pay for - we were not expecting miracles with this stay! It's perfectly acceptable if you want somewhere cheap to sleep and will spend the rest of your time out and about in Zurich. Much quieter than we expected. Rooms are clean

The glass wall of the bathroom compartment (that prevents the spreading out of water during a shower) is broken and needs to be replaced. The room BA-13 was on the side of sunshine and the temperature ranged around 35 degrees Celsius on the day we stayed. The atmosphere inside the room was very hot. It would be better if a potable stand fan was included as one of the facilities.

The room was dirty, the blinds, shower screen, and fridge were all broken. The self-check in didn't work so we had to wait for someone to come down and unlock the door for us. From what we were told this is a common issue
