United KingdomOn our visit, there were large groups of Dutch teenagers. We couldn’t work out if they were on their owner or with a school/ college. They were SO rude to other guests but mostly to staff in the restaurant. Complete lack of respect, one boy mimicking other guests and a girl just taking things from another table! This is not the fault of the hotel; just really bad parenting… our own 17 year olds were horrified. Utter rudeness and disrespect, the dining room looked like a plague of locusts had attacked it! Unfortunately, I don’t think said individuals or parents of those will ever know as they certainly won’t be bothered at all!!!

BelgiumWC are not very isolated from the rooms and smell can spread around the rooms. Missing some basic facilities e.g. we lost a tower during a night because there is nothing that can seriously attached and hold them! Internet in rooms are not stable, most of the serious things had to be done closer to reception.
Climat in Lloret de mar is perfect. Hotel is close to beach and there is a middle size swimming pool with three different arrears for the guest: around the pool which is closer to the bar, on top of the restaurant which is isolated from most of the noise and it is perfect for bigger groups and front side which is on the picture and it is very quiet and nice view to the street, see and pool. I recommend this hotel for kids. Confortable beads, WC and bathroom are isolated.

United Kingdom- Particular staff member in the restaurant , a middle aged man was extremely rude when we first arrived. We arrived early and although promised an early check in, we were told we could no longer do so but instead were allowed to start our all inclusive from there. We went to grab some lunch and the male staff member would not let us in as we didn’t have a card which was not given to us and although we explained he wouldn’t listen until he finally went to the receptionist then finally let us in. Started our holiday with a sour mood. - Large drink selection but the few cocktails available didn’t seem to really have alcohol inside - Personal preference but I found the food served salty. It was also very repetitive. - Entertainment and the DJ was absolutely crap in the evening. Rather than playing an international mix of music, it was mostly Spanish with some French and German
- close proximity to the beach, just have to cross the train tracks - Plenty of sun beds available - Rooms were surprisingly nice, could be bigger but large enough for two people. - Excellent storage space in the room - Large drink selection - Bar staff were absolutely amazing and actually made conversation. - Cheap and cheerful holiday

Belgiumrooms need a kettle and refrigerator. the swimming pool is not long and deep enough for a swimmer. The most strange thing I saw was in the dining room. there was a manager there who where micro-managing everything! He was choosing which table you should sit at! or which coffee machine to use! He was ordering all staff but he himself was useless in my opinion. He should work for the military.

RomaniaThe lack of a kettle, free safe, shower cap or even soap in the room. The poor quality of coffee served for breakfast.
We returned to this hotel where we were accommodated in the past, between 2010 and 2013. In the meantime, the hotel was renovated, the furniture was changed, but the enlargement of the bathroom unfortunately led to the reduction of the room. Otherwise, the room was clean, the bed extremely comfortable (with a minus for pillows though), the balcony has new and better furniture than the previous one, there is a mini fridge in the room (not a minibar though), and the room's sea view is as beautiful as I remembered (I want to mention that the reservation was made for 3 adults in 2 separate rooms). I must also mention that the reception staff was very kind and eager to help, as well as the bar / pool staff. However, in the room there are no kettle, slippers, bathrobe or even a shower cap, as would be normal for a 4-star hotel, and the safe is only available for a fee. Also, when we checked in there was no soap in the room, only shower gel and shampoo, which could not be taken from their place. We thought it was a mistake and we asked for it at the reception, only the problem was repeated throughout the holiday, we had to ask for soap at the reception every time we ran out of it. I can’t help questioning if the soap is optional and that's why it wasn't in the room, but we are the kind of people who wash their hands frequently. As for the staff in the dining room, the experience was less pleasant in the first morning, when, although we had arrived at 09.50 and breakfast was served until 10.30, we were not allowed to sit at almost none of the free tables, one of the employees insisting on sharing with 3 other people a table of 6, as if Covid no longer existed at all! When I asked what time should I come to find a table (I repeat, there were a lot of free tables, but I was told that they were "reserved for the club", whatever that meant) I was told “at 8 o'clock”, which doesn't seem like a normal attitude to me.

NetherlandsRoom provided had no sea view (if that is what you are going for, then it would be an embarrassment). Hotel has low sea viewing apartments which means extremely low possibility of your getting one. Malgret de Mar has a lowly populated beach, so you would be lonely at the location. Other 'de mar' locations have great sea view and are much populated. Better go there.
HOTEL: Great, met expectations. ROOM: GOOD, Clean. Small, at right location at Malgret de Mar. Small swimming pool. Good staff. GREAT BREAKFAST. MUSIC at night at the BAR is worth mentioning. Unbeatable price.
