Stayed for two nights with two other couples. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and this carried on throughout our stay from all staff. The rooms were all individual with character and were clean and comfortable. Good selection of quality food which was presented well and was delicious. All three couples were delighted with our visit and we have already said we would return.

Beautiful location and facilities were very clean & comfortable. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is toast, fruit & yoghurt with fresh milk and orange juice provided, which you prepare in your room and eat at a lovely table. Good choice of hot drinks. The room overlooked the beautiful gardens.

This train was wonderful, better than any boring hotel room. It had lots of quirky this about and never shook once in the high winds and storm we had. It's also a very good location for helmsley Town.
