Very noisy as busy road outside, church clock along the street also chimes every hour thoughout the night. Appreciate this is not something the hotel can contol.

Nothing, it was fine. Maybe be aware if you are arriving late, as I did, that there's not much in the way of amenities within walking distance if you want to get something to eat. I wish I'd brought a snack with me, but that was lack of planning on my part.

Super friendly host who made me feel at home. Immaculate and clean rooms, felt very safe and welcoming. On street parking nearby, and although I only stayed one night I'd definitely return again for a longer stay. Very quiet. Perfect location for some parkrun tourism to South Shields parkrun

The b&b is very homely and very clean. The owner makes u feel very welcome as soon as you walk in hes a very cheerful nice person. The breakfast is very nice. We will be returning

Nothing that was the hotel or Duncan’s fault just a hot night

Room was spotless Newley decorated only downside for me personally (nothing to do with the hotel)room too warm only because of the weather tried opening windows but the nosies kept me awake. Duncan the owner is really friendly and the breakfast is fab

absolutely one of the best rooms iv stayed in on booking.com ,the owner Duncan couldn’t do enough for me and I found this a big plus.I was staying for work and explained this to Duncan so I would be out early and miss breakfast-but this legend was up early and made me a breakfast before I left. whenever I’m back up here I will be staying here again,and would recommend this place to everyone

nothing really the owner is upgrading the bathrooms so the family rooms will have downstairs showers then it will be perfect

Lovely host !!! Beautiful room with fast internet. Very clean B&B and offers great English breakfast. Great location. Near the train station, the sea and the shops and restaurant.

everything was spot on only thing my partner had a moan about is that all our eggs had a runny yoke and his didn’t 🤣 he knows if he said thou the owner would off quiet happily done him another I thought it was amusing to be fair 🤣🤣🤣 x

absolutely good value for money and a good English breakfast on the morning the owner was very accommodating even let us leave bags after check out why we enjoyed another day at the pleasure beach oh and not to forget he made my lazy teenager breakfast in bed with a candle in for his birthday would definitely recommend this bnb thanks for having us xx
