Fantastic location, great price and wonderfully helpful staff

No sockets near bed - only across the room next to tea station. Room doors only close properly if they're slammed, otherwise they remain unlocked and anyone can open from outside. It's also difficult to realise as the door closes but if gently pushed from the outside it'll still open without card so the door has to be slammed by letting it swing itself. Bathroom door was also not fitted properly onto hinges and wouldn't shut unless physically pushed into the hinges (can be a pain if sharing a room)

The shower needs to be fixed. The handheld shower did not stay in place and using the top one flooded the whole bathroom.

The view from my room it was just to opposite building. However for me it wasn’t a big problem since I didn’t spend much time in the room.

The room was comfortable enough. Cleaning was everyday. Also, I liked the location, a tube, bus station, a park, cafe these all are near the hotel.

The towels were replaced every day. I thought it was an unspoken rule that only towels left on the floor would be replaced

Location was good, public transport within a few minutes walk, and it’s a nice quiet area which was lovely after the crowds and noise of the tourist areas.

Walls are pretty thin so can be noisy depending on neighbours. Full price quite high but I yii can get on discount the single room is good for a night.

Have stayed before so good location and easy to find. Friendly staff and quick check in process. Rooms are compact but fine for an overnight stay. Good water pressure. Vending machine for snacks and tea and coffee in the room.

Perfect for our requirements. Very clean. Good location. We arrived late at night. We had to swap our room as we could not shut the window but everything was sorted quickly and easily.

I was happy with everything, overall. The only small issue is that the window in the room had a bit of difficulty closing.

Location of the hotel is right next to Oval station (Northern line), which is pretty accessible across London as a whole, and is in a good, safe neighbourhood. The staff were super accommodating and friendly. I'll definitely stay there again.

Noisy road outside and not double glazed,curtains werent adecqute and the hadnle on the window broken so couldnt open windows

Poor soundproofing of the windows, the windows were closed but you could still hear all the noise on the street.

Rooms on the front of the building can be noisy (the back is much quieter), the lifts don’t work.

Comfortable bed, nice bedding, great shower. Good location (and transport links), friendly staff.

Broken windows in two different rooms we stayed in. In first room facing main road, it was quite noisy with traffic, binmans, late night passersby. Was not noise proof because of broken window.

Staff was caring-called to check when didn't arrive on arrival day due to personal delays. Good location close to underground station. Hotel staff was understanding when we complained of noise from broken window in 1st room. They managed to get us a room on the second day which faces the backyard which was quiet. We had two good sleep nights there.
