Nothing , all very nice.

We were Upgraded from a double standard room to a king size room. Exceptionally quiet, great night sleep. Leisure pool, steam and sauna room , spa pool relaxing and the extra the cost was worth it . We used it Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning! The Staff throughout the Hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Also, we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast.

The room was very basic and the decor was not great. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't get a good sleep.

The hotel was really good, the facilities were excellent and were very helpful.

The bedrooms could do with a big upgrade and ventilation could be improved Charging residents for swimming was a down side

The staff were excellent and extremely friendly. We were able to check in when we arrived which was before check in time. The lady at reception was lovely. Breakfast was great. Great variety, abd staff so welcoming and nothing was a bother. The hotel grounds were lovely. Great location too. The bedrooms are a little tired and could do with an upgrade. Spacious for a family of 3. Pool was great, but was a bit excessive to have to pay extra for it.

People smoking at the entrance despite unmissable signage saying not to do so. Took at least 10 minutes of running hot tap / shower to get any hot water. Despite being on the top floor of the new section, very noisy “creaking” throughout the night.

Didn't like the fact that there was no lift Our room was on the top floor of old wing and stairs were difficult especially when carrying luggage.

Rooms were comfortable but could be updated and a bath would have been preferable to a walk in shower.

Very friendly staff and good service in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast. Having access to YouTube and Netflix on the TV was good, particularly if not going out in the evening.

Paid £40 to upgrade to king room. ended up with a "double bed" which is not a double bed, two singles bolted together. not happy. staff excellent, however they obviously have issues with the door card system, went back several times for reprogramming of card because it did not open the door, very frustrating, and the cards were not put next to a mobile phone or anything else, which was suggested, we were not the only ones with this problem.

We had friends in another room and their room was small with a few small faults but besides that, the property was good.

I like that the building is old fashioned but the rooms are your typical hotel rooms. No different than the more expensive ones in the city centre. Bar is right at the main door, pool and spa facilities too. Easy to access and it’s in a nice and quiet area. Close to local bars and restaurants.

The staff were very family friendly and made me feel at ease with my three young children. I also loved the room to fit 5 people, this is a big win for me since not all hotels accommodate for families more than 4.

Could maybe do with a blind in the bathroom for a little more privacy the window is shaded out but with the wylds written on it showing clear glass when light is on seems a little more privacy required but can’t really complain room was very very good

We stayed in the Wylds room it was a very nice room very large plenty of space for our family of 5 comfortable beds even the pullouts seemed comfortable for the kids, had a wonderful time lovely bathroom definitely hoping to revisit
