Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and very good value. I had a good night sleep with a comfy bed and pillows, adjustable heating, an opening window and blackout curtains. It was very quiet with no noise from the hotel or outside. I did not have breakfast but it could have been added for £10. Easy access from Queensway tube, on the central line into Central London. I work for charity with regular travel to London and struggle to find affordable places to stay. I will definitely be back!

It's London so it's obviously not cheap and the breakfast options were all fine but nothing to write home about - I tend to judge hotel breakfasts on the Orange Juice and this one wasn't great! Found the beds a little hard but we all slept ok.

The room was really clean and the set up for 2 adults and a child was perfect. The greeting on arrival was extremely friendly and professional and the road was quiet which is exactly what we wanted as we knew the days would be quite overwhelming for a 5 year old who is used to living in the countryside! 5 minute stroll to the nearest tube station and 2 minutes to Hyde Park. I would absolutely recommend.

Use of air-freshener by cleaning personnel and stains on towels, which should have been clean. The stains weren't mayor but noticeable enough.

The personnel was nice and the location is great to get everywhere interesting as a tourist in London.

The location of this property was great; a short walk from the Bayswater station and many restaurants and shops. The room was small, but we weren’t expecting much and we weren’t in the room much either. It’s perfect for two, but anymore and it wouldn’t be comfortable. It was generally quiet as well, though you could hear your neighbors upstairs coming in after a long day.

The room and the hotel is very small and cramped, which is to be expected in a major city.

I am, admittedly, a germophobe and a cleanliness freak. This is one of the few hotels I have stayed at that was ACTUALLY clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the location was great with easy access to several tube stations. We only stayed for 2 nights but it was a very convenient and comfortable stay and we will be returning.

Single room was the right size, bathroom was new with good water pressure. It was overall clean, although there is space for improvement. Check-in was unproblematic and the reception was helpful. I recommend it for short stays. Note: There are no single rooms underground.

My only complaint as to the Room was that it was a bit small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. I have stayed here earlier in the year and the room I had then was much bigger. Though on the plus side this had a walk in shower as opposed to a bath, which was better as I was travelling with my mother who has bad knees.

English Breakfast was good and frequently replenished. I requested gluten free and dairy free options for my mother and she was more than suitably accommodated. Location is good less than a 5 minute walk from Queensway Station from which you have access to the central line (think Oxford Street) and again less than a 5 minute walk from Bayswater station from which you have access to the Circle and District line. Bayswater is also one stop from Paddington if you're getting the Heathrow express. The Room was impeccably clean as was the bathroom, and very well soundproofed even though we were next to the breakfast room we never heard any noise. Staff are very helpful.

Room Size - In all the times I have been to London, this is the smallest room I have been given - I had booked a comfort room, although I dud expect it to be more comfortable - Not good for a couple - So I'd recommend upgrading
