Nice little hotel in very good location. Staff very friendly, everything good, nothing really to complain. In the middle of London, of course you have to expect limited space and rather high prices, but I was satisfied. Since I read other reviews about rooms being cold: I stayed in November, so already colder outside, and had no problem with it. AC system worked well, although you have to wait several minutes to start to feel the effect. Setting it to heating you can definitely get it to blow very warm air. Once I forgot to turn it off for a while and got the room to 28°C. With everything turned off, I think the rooms themselves will slowly get gradually colder, for example during the night, but it was fine for me.

I liked the location, a few minutes walk from 2 underground stations, next to Hyde park. The hotel building itself is nice, and the hotel is nicely decorated inside. The reception staff is there 24 hours, the checkin and checkout were easy. The room was great and super clean, with a huge bed and 4 pillows which I really liked. The same stands for the bathroom. I also loved the breakfast, very cozy restaurant and some nice options to start tour day with.

Lovely hotel, exceptionally clean and very good value. I had a good night sleep with a comfy bed and pillows, adjustable heating, an opening window and blackout curtains. It was very quiet with no noise from the hotel or outside. I did not have breakfast but it could have been added for £10. Easy access from Queensway tube, on the central line into Central London. I work for charity with regular travel to London and struggle to find affordable places to stay. I will definitely be back!
