It was 10 min walk from the Luton airport. Nice and clean rooms . Comfy beds.

The location is close to public transport, the check in was easy,my room had an iron and hairdryer where i usually have to ask for one, the room was super clean and comfortable

The staff were unusually helpful. We needed disabled access, and they went out of theeir way to make sure our needs were met. They were unusually sensitive to emotional, as well as physical needs.

no effort at all to ask for more tea, coffee, towels, anything for that matter, and also super friendly, it feels more as a family run hotel instead of a bigger chain.

Extremely, helpful and friendly staff

The room was nice and cosy just a perfect size for us. It was clean and it smelled nice as well. The bathroom was very spacious and also very clean. We came later in the evening and had dinner in the restaurant. The food was so delicious and not too expensive. I would come back again and stay even longer than one night. I very much recommend this place.
