Only thing wrong was that the shuttle bus never came, so I had to take a city bus to avoid missing my train. Young man who checked me in was dynamite. So of course I told him that I had gone to college years ago with the fellow whose father founded the Holiday Inn chain, and he was suitably impressed. After a long dispiriting flight on Ryanair from Granada to Luton, his energy was most welcome. The included all-you can eat breakfast was marvelous--great black pudding! And the coffee machine even made a decent Americano.
The price was very good for an airport hotel. However it's not really on the airport. At the bottom of a very steep hill with about a half mile walk and then a fair walk to check in.It was so windy at 6.30am when we left that we got a taxi to the airport. If anyone in the party who is not a good walked it will be hard work just to get to the nearest bus stop. There is no shuttle bus to the terminal.
I was in room 106 the door in the corridor kept slamming every time someone went through. Bed was very uncomfortable know head rest it folds away. At 2.40 am the guy above me kept banging and making loud noise i phoned reception nothing was done finally at 4am I had to go downstairs myself to reception and we both went upstairs to speak to the guy. I would not stay there again.
Very handy from the airport for short duration stay, although we did not realise that there was a bus connection from the airport, it was 15 min walk from the airport with luggage and kids. The room was on smaller side but there was a sofa bed so kids could sleep. I thought for an Airport Hotel the hours for Breakfast were a bit restrictive only from 7-10am, it would be helpful if they extend till at least 11am as I am sure if people are staying there for transit would be pretty tired like us and would not mind a late breakfast.
Certainly would not have stayed there if I had New I could not get an early morning call, as most people stay at a hotel that close to a airport because they have a early flight, so would not recommend it if you have a early flight, food was ok nothing Special and a bit expensive, and a cab to the airport is £14-15 for less than a 5min ride, which was exorbitant
It was a total mess I didn’t like I was very tired and the lift wasn’t working I have asthma and arthritis they put me on the second floor which I refused as again no lift no offer to help me so put me in the first room in the reception area with doors banging people talking I could even hear what they were saying we was that close I never got no sleep and had to be up at 4 not good I should have my money back
It's a really nice new hotel. The staff is still figuring out how stuff works, but they are nice. It has great airconditioning which was nice during the hottest day on record in UK. The in room coffee option is a lot better than the standard nescafe you get in the rest of the UK. Our (family room) was really nice an big. Location near train and bus stop was perfect to get to the airport.
This property was the perfect place to stay before an early morning flight. Beds were super comfortable and hotel was clean. You can park here while you’re on your trip for £11 a day and there is a 24hr bus that’ll take you to the airport, which takes 2 mins. Alternatively, it’s a 10 min easy walk. would for sure stay again!
We wanted somewhere decent to sleep waiting for an early flight from Luton Airport and it fulfilled that. Very cheap and good value for money. Clean with a nice bathroom. The pub food was excellent.
Was a convenient location to stop over before travelling from Luton airport, and very cheap is basically the reason to stay here, is fairly basic, but nothing to really complain about.
I needed a cheap hotel for one night and this was perfect. I was delighted by the brilliant Italian restaurant based in the hotel. Great location for airport.
