Everything, breakfast was good, room big and warm. Gym maybe a bit dated but still fantastic and met our needs. Water pressure in the room is the best I have seen at a hotel. Breakfast got cancelled on 2 mornings, but we had advance warning from the property, money taken off and made alternative plans. Not really a negative, it just goes to show that the property can effectively communicate with the customers when they are unable to provide some of the services.

Best known for its concrete cows and legendary roundabout system, Milton Keynes is just off the M1 motorway linking Birmingham and London. Its proximity to the latter triggered its development from village to new town in the 1960s.
Milton Keynes Village still exists, between tranquil Ouzel Valley Park and Willen Lake with its peace pagoda and watersports. Next door, Gulliver’s Land children’s theme park is bordered by the Grand Union Canal, whose banks have cycle and footpaths.
In the town centre is the aptly named MK Hub, an entertainment core near the train station. In addition to accommodation, bars and restaurants, it houses the huge Xscape complex, comprising the Airkix Indoor Skydiving centre, cinemas, and the UK’s largest indoor ski slope. Nearby are the shops of Centre: MK and Midsummer Place.
On the town’s outskirts is the National Bowl entertainment venue, and Bletchley Park, where the German Enigma code was cracked during World War II. To the east Woburn Abbey has a large safari park, while north-west is Silverstone, home of the British Grand Prix. The Red Bull Racing F1 team are based in Milton Keynes, and the MK Dons are the local football team. The Open University is also headquartered here.
Of the many Milton Keynes hotels, apartments and B&Bs on Booking.com, most have parking and some have swimming pools.
Milton Keynes
Linda and Robin are always so lovely and welcoming and are always on hand to ensure the stay is comfortable. I had to work later than the check out time and they were so accommodating and allowed me to extend my stay by an extra 1-2 hours. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Very well laid out in a beautiful setting too. It’s peaceful, comfortable, clean and the beds are the root cause of some very deep sleeps. Cheaper than the hotels in Milton Keynes but head and shoulders above when it comes to service and comfort. Highly recommended.
Location was great. I travel for work around Milton Keynes often so I have stayed at many serviced apartments and hotels but this place is the best so far. As soon as you enter you feel like you are in show home and you are welcomed with Japanese art work. The host was super responsive and the check in was easy.Beds were super comfortable, lovely warm shower, and it had everything in the kitchen that I needed for my breakfast next morning. Top end hotels can learn a thing or two from this place.
Nothing room was filthy Didn't look like it'd been cleaned in weeks Bed was stained It smelt Only 1 towel even tho asked for 2 as we are a couple No Lift which wasn't obvious when booking and my misses is pregnant and struggles with stairs due to been nearly at the end of pregnancy Badly run and seemed to only care about certain individuals or be to busy on there phones to help Rubbish hotel would never stay again If I could give it less than 1 star I would
The staff were so friendly and attentive especially Ian from housekeeping. The hotel was lovely and clean and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The swimmibg pool was great fun and the breakfast was delicious. The Harry's bar and grill was fantastic. Couldn't fault the place really and our little boy loved the grounds where we went for a walk and found rabbits, a well and a pond.
When entering the hotel you were met with a very funky bar lounge area and the staff were so polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room itself was extremely clean and all the little personalised touches (messages on the mirror) really did make it extra special. The beds were also very comfortable. Would 100% stay here again on our next visit to Milton Keynes.
Milton Keynes
A great hotel with attached pub . Ideal location. Beer was in good nic and the food must have been nice as it was busy in the dining area…. Smelled good too. Room was ok, adequate , shower was brilliant , I’ve had better for that kind of money , but I’ve had a lot worse too …. Probably would use again if in area
Very underwhelming rooms with terrible bed, felt like an old motel. Really wished I paid more to stay elsewhere. Hotels misrepresent themself with doctored photos. They should really consider upgrading the rooms and the furniture. Less than basic is how I'd put it.
Milton Keynes
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet and well equipped. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Milton Keynes.
This is a great place for a stopover in Milton Keynes. The hotel is fine, there's plenty of parking and a choice of places to eat nearby.
