Raffles at OWO was the best choice I could have made for that trip. Outstanding service and personel that made all of our dreams and wishes come true, which made it an unfortgettable experience for a special occasion. All the little birthday touches, room upgrade, earlier check-in, welcome champagne - we were excited already at the beginning. And then the room itself, being spacious, light, very clean, elegant; the swimming spool and the spa exceeded everything we could have hoped for, absolutely the best we've experienced at a hotel. scrumpcious breakfasts at an extraordinary restaurant, with impeccable service. great, well-equipped evening bar. and one of the most extraordinary elements - the location. we felt luxurious and well-taken care of. absolutely the top spot to stay at while in London.

Great location for the price, the ship rooms has their own nice pub with a great beer garden. A short walk to more exciting pubs and restaurants. Rooms have great coffee and tea making facilities, even sweets to snack on. Staff are brilliant and I hope to return again soon.

Really nice hotel. The location is perfect and only 5min from victoria tube station. The room was lovely and clean and bed was comfortable. Would stay here again.

Friendly attentive staff, room was clean and spacious. Check in was fast, room was ready for me. Shower was amazing and clean. Would recommend if you want to see London, close to understand and London Victoria train station and coach station. Plenty of choices to eat and drink, plenty of outdoor seating for this weather.

The Sanctuary Hotel is in the perfect location for anyone wishing to visit the Parliament Buildings, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, see the Changing of the Guard, or go to the Thames to board any river cruises. Easy!!! And, the staff were wonderful, pub was friendly and good food. We were delighted.
