Everything else was perfect. Nearby underground station. Very convenient to travel. The breakfast food were descent. The staffs were friendly.

The receptionist, Amanda was exceptional. We arrived after having our train to Paris cancelled. She put us at ease and got us a room early. Always smiling! We would come back to the hotel because of her!! She is a wonderful representative if your Hotel!!!!

Duty manager was exceptionally helpful is sorting out a double booking problem - thank you!

Coffee and drinks provided ad the lobby . Even though the room is quite tight, but it's clean. Love it.

Located in an amazing Brutalist building, the Standard should be on any fan of design's list for places to stay in London. Great location, just across the street from King's Cross / St. Pancras station, you have access to the many lines of London. The restaurant lounge and the roof top bar are both fantastic spaces for food / drink options.

“The location was excellent. Having the metro, bus, and taxi right in front of the hotel made it very easy to get around the city. With a pleasant 25-minute walk, we could also reach some wonderful parks. We had breakfast included, and it was quite good — a great way to start the day with enough energy. The hotel is also very suitable for families with a baby. We were very satisfied with our stay.”

I loved it It was everything I could Wish for: good location and cheap! And you get what you pay for... That is what every person with a brain should understand. The Bed was a death trap. Room old and dirty. But: cheap and Good location was what I wanted and Thats what I got. Stayed 2 nights.

The staff were so helpful and understanding. They accepted to keep our luggage after checking out for six hours. That was really kind of them. The hotel' prices was good for this excellent location that is near to SOAS and the British Museum. It is very practical to practical people.

The location was amazing! We stayed at three different places and this was definitely our favorite one! The staff was so nice and helpful. They let us leave our bags at the reception when we came before check in and then also after check out which was very useful. The room was clean and cozy. The bathroom was a little tiny but we did not mind. However the shower was huge. The heating worked just great, real quick there was warm in the room.

The hotel is nice and well placed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its my second time in this hotel and I'm not disappointed.

I liked how easy the check in process was with digital codes. I liked how comfortable my room was. The location is perfect for visiting the city and close to great transport. My room was also very clean

We had a fantastic stay, unfortunately only had one night but we would without doubt stay again when visiting London. Location is great, staff were so lovely from the moment we checked in. We were able to leave our luggage securely prior to check in which was handy. Our en suite room was extremely clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was very good. I also believe the nightly rate was very reasonable when compared to other hotels in same location.

We were very satisfied, we were an hour's walk from the hotel to the center, the room was large enough and there was a wide selection at breakfast.
