Very attentive personnel. Rooms were cleaned good. There's a quite goo restaurant where you can eat all day around. Menu is not lange, but portions are big and food really tasty. The underground station is very close to the hotel, so it was comfortable to travel to the city (it's about 40 mins to the center)

Perfect hotel to explore London and get to legoland over 4 days. My son loved the make your own waffles at breakfast. Breakfast is great and room was ideal with smeg fridge for chilling your refreshments, would defo recommend.

The hotel satisfied all our needs, the breakfast was filling and the selection of juices was great. It had a nice cozy feeling and the reception was also great, they answered all our questions and helped us. Especially a worker by the name Violeta she really helped us and told us all the info about the city, how to reach the center of the city. Where to go to find interesting places and did an excellent job serving us at the food bar. Always met us with a smile and one of the nicest people we met in the whole city of London. Most of all the amazing staff who make you feel like family since the first time you are in. They are always there for you in everything you need. They are the dream team!

The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. We had a light lunch which was good. The room was a good size. Location easy to navigate getting to Wembley. Would stay again.

Nice breakfast. Good WiFi. Nice location, close to public transport but still surrounded by very nice park.

The staf at the reception : Raman, Natia and Raheem all were so kind, profesionals and helpful.

Modern room close to many rail and bus lines to access your holiday

Fantastic experience with lovely staff. They made sure we got a good quality toddler travel cot, which is a plus when travelling with a small child. The room was very clean and well equipped. Great location, near all the different bus, tube, overground or train stations. Very well connected. Lot's of shops and restaurants nearby.
