Holiday Inn London Watford Junction has a central location just 2 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Railway Station and 10 minute's walk from the town centre. Excellent staff, professional, friendly and welcoming, great location but 100 meters from the train station and excellent food. The restaurant as well as the staff are child friendly. I was positively surprised with the food, also the breakfast. Room comfortable. Wifi signal excellent and the rooms offer a "free on location" smart phone so you can surf at your heart's content. Would definitely stay there again.
Watford's only town-house hotel offers professional and friendly service, with a 24-hour front desk, limited car parking and WiFi, within a 15-minute drive from Harry Potter Studios. The staff are very friendly and polite and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious too and it has a variety of cereals, fruits and pastries. Full English breakfast delicious and they also do vegetarian sausages
Situated 18 miles from central London, Hilton Watford offers a gym and free parking. The M1 is a 3-minute drive away, and central Watford can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The breakfast was amazing the staff were very pleasant beds were comfy and room was well aired out being in London with hot weather
On Clarendon Road, in the centre of Watford, this Jurys Inn is 5 minutes’ walk from Watford Junction Railway Station. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, a bar and restaurant. The staff were exceptional - very helpful. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Just 20 minutes from Central London by train, this hotel just off the A412 has close connections to the M25 and M1 and is 2 minutes from Watford Junction Train Station. Best hotel for Harry Potter! Just around the corner from the train station and the Harry Potter bus to the Warner Bros. studio. After a stressful tube and train ride to Watford I was so happy to get into my lovely room. It had everything that was needed and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was well designed and the shower was wonderful! Really recommend staying here if you’ve come to visit Harry Potter world.
Premier Inn Watford Central is within easy reach of the M1 and walking distance from Watford town centre and Watford High Street Train Station, for access to London in 15 minutes. Really nice people, I was surprised how helpful and kind were they. Also the food was very good.

Very clean hotel and we had our rooms cleaned every day and during weekends too and they cleaned it well. This hotel was renovated not so long ago so it has a modern look to it. The staff seemed relaxed and they had a smile on their faces and always ready to help. We had a peaceful and relaxing stay there, all three times we've been there. Mr.Jonsson
It was nice but it was too hot when coming in the room and we had to open the window and ask for a fan too and at 7am we heard banging and running we think it was children it was very disturbing we will not be coming back !!!!
Not a lot of restaurants near to accommodation, would have to go into town where there are all the usual venues. Watford itself is a pleasant little town, and there did seem to be a lot of improvements going on - big new hotels, bright shops, pedestrianised precinct. Don't know about activities, we were just there for two days - for "The Making of Harry Potter" attraction which definitely lived up to expectations.
We’ve been to Watford a few times now. Mainly to visit the Harry Potter studio tour. We stay in Premier Inns that are really easy to locate and really close to the tour. Each time we drive in to Watford as well to do some shopping. Nice big Intu centre. Perfect!
Watford has a massive shopping complex with restaurants, fastfood and a cinema complex to name but a few. The choice is quite amazing there is literally a restaurant to suit all tastes. Im still awaiting a hubbly bubbly and sheeza outlet and that will be the fait d complite for me.
Great range of bars and restaurants- town centre has recently had a lot of investment. Had a fantastic meal in a Japanese Restaurant- expensive but the food was superb so worth going the distance for and spending a bit more on a night out.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, everywhere was spotless, breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. For such a busy hotel with lots of guests staying, there was no noise at night which was good. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel, only a 2 minute drive to watford junction so it was helpful for us to travel to central London.

Location is ideal for a trip to Harry Potter Studios, the bus stop at Watford Junction is a short walk away. It doesn't take long to get into Central London from this station so an ideal place to stay for a sight seeing trip. We stayed with our two young children, they were happy and comfortable.

I liked that it was a quiet place, it was a nice stay, the hotel manager was polite, the facilities were always clean which was nice and I was able to come and go as I pleased. I feel it's a hotel for a cheeky get away or a one/two night stay to get away.

The apartment and staff were very welcoming upon arrival. It is in the best location as it is next to Watford Junction Station which is great for getting your train or even the Tour Bus to the Harry Potter Studio. It is great value for money and I would highly recomend it to anyone. I will also book again in the future.. 10/10
