Salman checked me in, really friendly and great service. On top of that, Page8 was accommodating as I have allergies and provided air filtration for the room. It's superbly located. I will stay here again the next time that I am back in London.

The most important thing about this hotel was problem solving. They cannot see you any upset and do their best to make you happy and comfortable. I was supported by Ms Agustina Massaccesi who was a bliss during our stay. She helped us meet all of our needs and even beyond.
The location of the hotel is superb because it is very near to almost all key attractions of London, and you can do that on foot from this hotel. For farther places you can use the underground metro which is 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff are exceptional. We had by sleeper and were very early. The staff took our stored our luggage to allow us a day down Ng touristy stuff in the Capitol.
There was a problem with hot water on the Saturday when we were going to a wedding and really needed facilities for washing. The staff were superb in getting us a room at their sister hotel in Soho. They paid for taxis there and back.
I believe that you can only truly judge how good service is when something goes wrong. Well, something went wrong and the staff at the Resident Covent Garden were fantastic and diligent in solving the problem. Charming staff.

Trafalgar Square
Trafalgar Square is a marvel of historic London architecture. Bordered by monumental museums, embassies and the National Gallery, this city-centre square is a focal point for celebrations, cultural events and rallies alike. At its heart, Admiral Nelson surveys the city from a 44-metre column, while four enormous bronze lions guard the ground below.

Make sure there is not some form of function/celebration or protest. Trafalgar Square was entirely closed up & decorated for Chinese New year & I felt that took away from one of London's iconic features

Excellent location near Charing Cross Station and within minutes of all London's main attractions we intended seeing ( Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Theatre Land). Room was as expected and very adequate for our stay - clean with en suite (including toiletries) and tea/coffee making facilities. Shower was powerful. We were also lucky as able to get into room early. As we were there on a Saturday night we were able to have free cheese and wine. There was little outside noise. Plenty of eateries and pubs within yards.
Clean, modern premises. Sound insulation was good. Room was a small apartment with washing machine, fridge and cooking facilities. Excellent bathroom, shower etc. 10 min walk to underground station or buses a few yards down the road to Trafalgar Square.
Nice clean room and bathroom. Hotel about a minute's walk from the tube station. Very central to a lot of attractions with Chinatown literally round the corner. Trafalgar Square is about 5 minutes away in one direction and Picadilly Circus about 5 minutes in the other.
Staff very friendly, accommodation adequate, nothing special. The breakfast was only OK.
The location in central London is really good - very close to Trafalgar Square and handy for local travel.
Great location, lots of restaurants and pubs in the area, walking distance to many tourist sites including Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the west end theatres
Close to Picadilly Circus tube station - can catch the Picadilly line straight to Heathrow airport or St Pancras International Train Station
Clean comfortable room with air conditioning/heating
Overall functional and enough space for two people comfortably. Good location near Farringdon station with easy access to Heathrow and about 30 min walk to Trafalgar Square. Walking distance to pubs and restaurants around Farringdon and Clerkenwell.
