Bit tired, carpet worn through in places in the room, lampshade broken in places, choice of drinks in bar VERY limited - no baileys!! Lady actually said we don't have much really. No mugs for coffee in room only cups and saucers.. asked for one downstairs to be told they only have cups. Very noisy people above us walking and banging around from.4am

Reasonable price good location and clean. Staff accommodating

The hotel does not have its own parking but within a few minutes walk there is a city parking.

The room is spacious, clean. There is a big single glazed window but room was warm.

    As above really

An old hotel that's past it's prime,as are many seaside hotels these days. Sort of faded grandeur. But a lovely big room, if a little tired. It's what was exoected tbh. Nice friendly staff, I liked the lady serving breakfast, very proud of her work.

Parking is a nightmare. It is an old hotel so has a lot of charm, that doesn't include noise proofing - that includes neighbours or people walking past outside late at night!

Breakfast was delicious, the room was a decent size and the location was perfect for what we were doing in Worthing, with lovely views out over the garden. It was nice to walk to the beach and down the pier. The staff were super friendly and helpful. My daughter loved it.

Hot water? The water in hand basin is in our opinion too hot, maybe a sticker telling guests not to just put their hands under the flow from hot water tap. Turn thermostat down please. This and the door to bathroom difficult to open, one pulling and one pushing from inside bathroom if it had been one on their own it would be difficult. Went for a walk around shop area, pestered badly by woman wanting money, she was there during day as well, not a road leading to theatre to go it alone.

Have stayed before, room brilliant, quietness no disturbance could be heard from outside hotel. Choice re breakfast, superb, spoilt for choice great quality. The staff in hotel are absolutely superb. Reception best of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Room cleanliness, absolutely brilliant.
