room was warm and had noisy air conditioning unit and windows which wouldn't quite let air flow in, heavy tog quilt and a bed with a mattress which parted in the middle(two single beds put together as a king)

They may have warned us that breakfast was being cleared away at 9.30 promptly especially as we were the only people in the room …

The breakfast was ok . We got there for 9.15 but they literally packed it away at 9.30 prompt which was a little disappointing . We had an upgrade to our room which was really spacious and lovely with a good shower too . We would most definitely stay again.

The car park is small and was a bit tight even though I had a small car. The location is sort of under the building and has a number of industrial pipe works. This was a bit disappointing and cost me just over £30 for 2 nights, but it's better than getting a ticket if parked on the street.

The location was good as there were plenty of eateries, and a shopping mall with lots of shops. The breakfast was good and I was able to order vegetarian sausages. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

No power point or USB plug beside the bed. You can hear everything from outside and inside the hotel but fortunately it was quite calm during the night. But you might not be able to sleep quite early in the evening or late in the morning.

Great location near the tram, restaurants and shops. All in all a very good stay.

If I had to be picky the toilet seat needed sorting as was a bit loose but as I say I am been picky. I wouldn't let this stop us staying here in the future.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Prior to our stay we added parking and early Check In which was so easy to do. I rang them a couple of times they always answered the phone within a few rings. Great location 10 min walk away from thecrrain station and less than £7 in an uber to the train station. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. We had upgraded to a superior suite which was lovely and worth every penny. The bed also was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

The shower gel in the bath was not replaced, and I couldnt take the one by the sink off the holder. Because I was paying more for this room than the standard room I was expecting it to be supplied and I didnt have shower gel of my own. I noticed in the standard room last time the bath shower gel bottle was there but had hardly anything in it. This is my only negative.

Our room looked like it was due a refurb - not unclean or tatty just a bit tired. And as with lots of places, there are never enough sockets.

Excellent location - right near Rock City and pubs/bars/places to eat. Comfortable room if not spectacular, but served our purposes well. No onsite parking was available when we booked, but agreed rate with a car park nearby was reasonable.

It seemed pretty expensive, but I think most hotels in Nottingham centre are more expensive then usual on that weekend (annual ice hockey playoffs), so a small point.

Great location for Nottingham city centre, nearby to the theatre. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. There is limited parking available on site for additional cost, super convenient if you can bag a space. Overall a great hotel.
