We requested 2 of the upgraded offered, we were only allocated one. This was a shame as we would have loved the bottomless brunch. We purposely got to the hotel early so we would be able to do brunch, unfortunately the weather was raining so we didn't move too far from the hotel, we spent quite a bit of time in the sky bar! As we got to the hotel early (hoping to get bottomless brunch) our room wasn't ready, I did popped back on a number of occasions hoping it might have been ready a little earlier than 3pm. Unfortunately it wasn't, which was a shame as it was such a beautiful room, due to our plans we had very limited time in it.

The only one issue is not much of a choice on tea/coffee would be nice to have some hot chocolate thrown in there after coming back cold from a concert ! Not a fan of sachet milk used a majority of these for coffee as too strong but didn't make much of a difference the fridge only had water in & there was suppose to be a microwave in the room as on booking.com said it was a kitchenette with microwave 🤔 there was a shelf for one !

It was nice to be welcomed on the reception desk without being rushed ... the help of being to leave our luggage when leaving the hotel to being able to go into Leeds then go back to collect our luggage Thank you 😊. The hotel room was an overall clean ... bathroom beautiful & spotless. The cookies that was handed to you on reception was a nice touch ... Thank you !

My room wasn't cleaned till 3pm on 2nd day and the coffee sachets were not replaced. A quick call to reception helped.

The breakfast was very good. I had the continental option. It was set out very well too.

Noise of people coming back to the hotel after a night out, as I’d stated we were travelling as 1 adult and 1 child, perhaps allocating us to a designated family area (not over looking the train station) would have been better and we might not have been woken up so much. I had one very tired daughter swimming in championships over the weekend.

Private parking (although quite expensive), lovely food (room service), very friendly and helpful staff. Short drive from John Charles Centre for Sport.

Everything we needed for a wonderful stay was catered for. The staff are awesome too. It would be difficult to find anything to complain about at this hotel.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe room which was lovely. The room was large, lots of space. We had wonderful views of the canal and bars. The toiletries were very good, nice fragrance. There were robes and slippers, a decent sized fridge with 2 bottles of water. The Sky bar at the hotel is great, they had a DJ on and the cocktails are great. The choice of breakfast items was huge. There was nothing not available at the breakfast buffet. We will definitely be returning to this hotel soon.

The property was modern, location was great and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The sky bar was fab, cocktails were very tasty and views amazing from the rooftop.

Had a great visit to the doubletree by hilton recently when I came to a concert. Its alittle out of the way for the arena but still within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly, warm cookie on arrive and placed in a new refurbished room which was amazing x Had a very comfortable night's sleep and breakfast was worth every penny x

There was baths on the picture but when I arrived they said only the suites have bath tubs.

Receptionist said she would put me in a nice room and she did. It was pink and girly and perfect for me :)

Hotel was lovely, All the staff were excellent. The room exceptionally clean. Rooms were very comfortable, lovely sleep. Lovely outside sitting area alongside the canal. We had breakfast in the hotel, there was a varied selection. Pizza in the bar was very enjoyable. Good location

The rooms have undergone a refurb since we last stayed, beautifully decorated, usb switches, lovely colour palette throughout. And the room was available early which was brilliant.
