One room you get bottled water, other rooms you don't, Never seems to be the same staff on from one week to another, took a bit of time to check in, The room I am in this week seems to be lower spec than my previous two weeks , not bottled water or desk to work on. The menu is starting to get very samey , I will probably start eating out more often.

Room was good, staff as always very pleasant and helpful, I have been been staying in this hotel Monday to Friday most of December and will be into middle of January , this week seem to be in a lower spec room for some reason but its still good.

A towel in the bathroom was covered in blood so I wasn't happy with that and there seemed to be alot of foreign guests there making noise all night and should of had email showing the way to walk to the hotel its no good in the room that's like the stable door thing lol also I couldn't seem to get the room warm at all

It was very cold. Our room was set to 18 degrees and it was in the minus outside. It took all night to warm up.

Cannot say there was anything. Slight confusion finding hotel location at night time, but this was probably my fault. Was very pleased to find small map in hotel guiding traveller walking path between hotel and airport departure. Great idea, thanks.

All that I expected. Have stayed in same hotel on previous journeys and I will continue to use this hotel on future trips.

Location was fine. We walked there, but we didn’t know where it was and like most airports we walked about for a long time in the cold rain looking for an airport shuttle. Get some signs up near the airport or let people know how to find you. We were really tired and wet when we finally figured out where to go.

Typical Marriott. Excellent quality. Loved the dinner we had there.

Room was on the ground floor and had a walk in shower which made things a lot easier as I have reduced mobility . Took a taxi from the airport . Had an evening meal certainly no complaints there .I will not "sugar coat" the breakfast , the continental side was perfect but the cooked breakfast was un- edible sausages , bacon .black pudding , haggis and mushrooms were all over cooked , cold and dried up , the beans were congealed and cold , we went for breakfast at 8am.

The only irritant was a charge for parking in a car park that wasn't secure. The charge is in the pricelist but I expected a car park with at least a barrier and monitoring.

Shower was a bit weak and grubby with a tatty shower curtain; pillows too soft; air con not the best.

Public areas are very fresh and modern; not too far away from the airport; bright, clean, big rooms with huge beds. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn right opposite the airport, but after a couple of bad experiences, I’m now switching to Marriott.

The dining area is too much like a canteen. And the pizzas were off! The car parking situation was somewhat unclear.
