Very expensive guest pass prices. Wanted to bring my godchildren swimming with us and they wanted £20 each which is extortionate. They're 10 and 12 years old.

Good quality and plentiful range of hot choices, continental, fruit and pastries.

The only thing we thought that let down the stay was the breakfast, the hot breakfast, bacon was over cooked, mushrooms were far too peppery. I assumed it was a full English however there was no hash browns, beans, black pudding. Other than that everything else at the hotel was fabulous!

Staff were impeccable couldn’t be more accommodating. Facilities of the spa were out of this world. Bed extremely comfortable. Lunch at the restaurant was lovely. Loved that when you booked through booking.con you got a complimentary glass of wine per person.

Staff friendly, polite and very helpful in all areas e.g. at breakfast, at dinner, in the bar and the spa. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was excellent.

The Coffee Shop aspect of the Hotel Desk! I tried the Green Smoothie, which didn't go down too well. Nothing else.

I'm fairly Ancient, so didn't use all the facilities, but, my working life was spent in and out of Hotels all over the World. This Hotel is based on many others, and I rate it highly!

The weather, which as it was December was to be expected, and the climb up to the entrance.

Our Rooms were lovely, and my two (adult) children enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts were great . We had most of our meals at the hotel and the food was excellent. We spent three nights at the hotel, having booked as we were going to a relatives funeral. After not looking forward to our visit, we actually really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Thank you.

The mattress and the pillows need an update.

the spa facilities were amazing, only downside the steam room was out of service. Breakfast had a good selection of different options and there was variety. Room, was on the small side and could do with a harder mattress. The staff were polite and helpful.

The hotel itself was clean & comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful. Little things let it down. The dining choice was very limited. My room had several lights out & the bathroom extractor wasn't working. However, i would stay again.

Thee only issue was the breakfast and as a vegetarian I was surprised I was expected to pay for any food ordered other than what was offered which was bacon,, scrambled eggs, sausage, tomato and mushrooms there should be vegetarian options already cooked

It´s hard to say anything negative about the hotel. One could argue if a second coffee machine at the breakfast room would be helpful. Furthermore, the bar does not exactly have the atmosphere of a true bar, as it is a combination of a (very good!) restaurant and a place where you can have a drink in the late evening. As I had dinner at the restaurant several times and being on my own, I wasn´t seeking a cosy bar anyway.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Also, I enjoyed the spa very much. Please note that the hotel is located on a hill about 1 km away from the busy city center. And even though St. Saviour´s Rd. is very busy too, the hotel rooms are absolutely quiet, so don´t worry about traffic noise at all. If you are German like me don´t forget to bring an adapter for you phone or laptop (otherwise, the staff will help you out).

Very hot no air conditioning in room 309 had to put the Dyson air on on which was very loud to sleep Coss windows only open a bit and curtains at night closed lacked fresh air for a hotel of this stardard should have built in aircon especially for menapause l woman

Coffee machine whilst providing good coffee was slow. A cafetière of coffee would of been nice.

Continental Breakfast had a great choice including hot bacon/sausage/mishrooms/scrambled egg/tomato. Hams/cheese/croissant/breads etc.
