Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWell, there's no Hotel parking but you can park on the street or the Churchyard opposite, again at a cost 🙄. Went in April and it rained ☔ but I'm sure on a sunny warm day the outside seating will be a 'sun trap' ☀️
Nice clean property. Good continental breakfast with an English option at an extra fee. Own bar & restaurant... Didn't use but all looked good 👍

Location is great close to all amenities. Very comfortable room and the food very nice we had evening meal and cooked breakfast at very reasonable prices. Staff were lovely and friendly.

We liked the staff the service any requests we asked for were dealt with. How you could check out at 11 which meant you didnt have to rush. Plus they let us store our case so we could come back for it after we checked out. How the bar was there to.

United KingdomMy only comments would be that 1)the position of the toilet roll holder in the bathroom is such that it is caught by any individual sitting on the loo. This has occurred previously as the roll holder was already loose on the wall and 2) the wardrobe and dressing table were fragile and already showing signs of wear- particularly the dressing table drawer.

United KingdomCooked breakfast was additional cost although when booking it said breakfast included. A continental breakfast was included but not specified. Pre-booked cooked breakfast was brought out but no choice given. Bar closed at 10pm so at 9.45pm each evening we were asked to sit in reception area (small area) which was not ideal.
Room and wet room spacious, chilled water bottles available daily, parking close by and reasonable price, bar /conservatory area lovely and buffet provided for the function tasty.
