Exmoor House was beautiful. James and Jane were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served was delicious with a good selection offered. Location is wonderful as we attended in a Wedding nearby in Dunster Tithe Barn. The house is also just a quick 8mins walk from Dunster Castle which is stunning and had friendly knowledgeable staff. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Exmoor House and would definitely visit again.

It’s nothing that can be changed but the church bells going off every half an hour was quite annoying late at night and early in the morning - we had to have the window open as it was so hot but could hear the bells

Breakfast was very tasty and cooked fresh. Lots of extra little touches - fresh milk, water, biscuits etc refreshed and topped up. Very considerate and keen to make our stay enjoyable. Lovely welcoming tea and cake. The owners and staff member were attentive, friendly, warm and helpful. Lounge area provided. I could go on!

Nothing, it was perfect and we will return in the autumn.

James and Jane were the perfect hosts and had thought of everything you could ask for. Pot of tea and home made cake on arrival in the lounge which was a great touch from the owners and made us feel at home from the start. Room was a good size with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was superb and hot as cooked from fresh. No waiting around as you order the night before.

Wonderful B&B. Comfortable room, scrupulously clean and maintained. great breakfasts. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Bathroom stocked with quality products. Tea/coffee provision excellent. Fridge facilities for cold water and milk. Great little guesthouse. Highly recommend it.

Loved everything, location, premises, room, breakfast. The owners James and Jane were so friendly and accommodating treated us like friends rather than guests. Breakfast was cooked fresh for us every morning anything we needed to know they were so helpfull even down to leaving me a birthday card at breakfast one morning... Would go back and would highly recommend.

Parking is a huge problem in this medieval village, for both visitor's and residents, understandably so,but still a problem.

Parking! To be fair, it was a bank holiday weekend, and there are places nearby to park, once we had found a place all was fine!

Had a lovely stay here, very comfortable rooms, James and Jane have thought of everything to leave in the room, so nice to be offered tea or coffee on arrival, great choice for breakfast, excellent pub next door where we had a lovely meal in the evening, there is a range of places to go to in the village within walking distance. Everyone very friendly.

the room was a little tired, and the plumbing meant that you could here when adjacent rooms were using the water (loud ish noise). also the bathroom was a little cramped and having the washbasin in the main bedroom a little strange (but it sort of worked). Toilet took time to refill.

Absolutely nothing!

Everything! The hosts, James & Jane, were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. There were two lounges, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, solely for the use of guests. The breakfast was excellent, and sandwiches and an evening platter were available to be purchased if required.
