There was lots of mould on the bathroom ceiling especially above the shower. Put us off using it.

Quiet location overlooking the lake, lots of outdoor seating, great for warmer months. Parking was easy. Friendly staff.

No elevator and as I am disabled and also we had a baby we had requested a ground floor room but on our arrival they gave us a room upstairs which was difficult going up and down stairs

We had reserved a table for dinner at 7 o'clock. The restaurant was busy, but we felt that they had overstretched themselves, as we had to ask for our drinks no fewer than three times before they arrived. THE MEAL TOOK ONE HOUR TO BE SERVED! This was after I had threatened to go into the kitchen to make dinner for myself.

The hotel is very attractive and modern, although there is no lift to the first floor, and nobody was available to assist with luggage. The location is lovely, and the facilities good.

The only complaint we have is when we had dinner in the restaurant on Saturday night the service was bad. Very short staff due to sickness which we understand cannot be helped. Everyone was complaining. Waiting long time for drinks. I ended up going to the bar to pay and get them. Also Frensham Pond is a spa retreat. Somewhere for people to relax, not for children running around screaming. This ruined our evening.

Lovely gem of a place. In the middle of nowhere, don't think you are going to walk to any pubs etc. Lovely walks by the ponds and woods. Position on the Pond is very tranquil and relaxing. Staff very friendly and polite. Food good. Cocktails good. Would definitely recommend it.

The food was not as good as last time. Not 4 star food, but still nice. The room was due a lick of paint, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

Staff were really friendly and professional. Standard rooms were a good size with plenty of seating. And particularly clean because of the no-pet policy (which seems to be becoming a rarity nowadays) - instead nearby kennels. Great location overlooking the lake. Particularly enjoyed breakfast whilst taking in the views.

One of the ladies was on reception and called me the night before we were due to ask if we wanted dinner, she was really rude and abrupt in the telephone. I asked her further questions and she was still stand offish and rude. It wasn’t a great first impression.

The access to our room had a step which was difficult to get electric wheelchair over if i hadn't been with my husband he would have tipped right over Needs sorting out

Dinner menu, better car park signage from road on arrival. Everything very tired looking.

Excellent breakfast, not impressed with dinner menu although what we ordered was good. Bed very comfortable, excellent bathroom, used the tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Unnecessary and very expensive shower items not used, could have been told about £5 discount on food if we didn’t want clean towels during our 2 night stay.

The spa wasn't set up well , so we didn't know what we needed to do or where it was, it was actually in a building outside of the hotel, and no body told us they just assumed we knew, we had spa booked for 3pm because there wasn't any other times available but check in was at 3pm but are room wasn't ready so had to wait , so we had booked spa for 2 hours but got in there later than we booked due to room not being ready that was a little disappointing The food was amazing at the restaurant, and priced well, for a 3 course meal and drinks rough 50 quid pp depending on what you ordered but a lovely selection , only issue was when we went to bar after meal a few hours later, we wanted something to soak up the alcohol ( cocktails were lovely but very strong ) not complaining ) but although it stated the kitchen shut at 11pm but it was only 10.15 pm and had closed early on a Saturday night that was disappointing two, We were offered a bowl of crisps, The room was huge the bed was huge and so comfy I slept very well the best night sleep I've had in a long time, the shower was lovely aswell The breakfast next morning was 16.95 each and was a fry up, buffet and you could help yourself to as much as you like including pastry, ceral, fruit toast jams fruit juices, teas and coffees a great selection

Room was perfect, facilities and comfort excellent. All the staff are excellent and professional. Slightly disappointed on the breakfast with a change in some produce. Parking and accessibility is very well suited and within a short distance from the reception area. The outlook from the dining areas is superb 10/10
