The shared bathroom was tiny and not very clean. All sinks had lots of calcium buildup. The room was also quite small and not optimal for two people. The bed didn't have a proper duvet, just a sheet and a fleece blanket.

Tiny room with paper thin walls so it felt like the people in the next room were actually in your room. Been kicked out at 10am, when we were told it was 11am, But you get what you pay for.

Too expensive for 1 person just to stay overnight, one would expect extra delicious breakfast at this price. Old, smelly, squeaky, not well maintained place. Doors to the rooms are really poor and not keeping you safe, tv not working.

Very cramped room up a steep flight of stairs. Bed was OK, lovely en-suite and a good shower. Sleep disrupted by noise from an over amorous couple next door!

Not the cleanest of hotels. Smelt damp. Rooms are very tiny and basic but the very minimal bedding was clean. Plenty of tea and coffee available and towels and soap.

I am aware the London standards are really low, but in this place it is not possible to leave the luggage, we were told that they don't have space. It was the first time in my life I've ever heard about this. Considering that the room cost 157 pounds, at least keeping the luggage for a couple of hours would be a must-do service. The blanket and bed-linen were really poor quality, I had a terrible sleep.

The hotel is really conveniently located, close to St.Pancras metro. It's OK for one night, but the services are basic.

The carpet, the wall, the shower curtain didn t seem clean. The room was very small, it was not like the pictures, the bed-very uncomfortable , very small, more like a single bed than a double one.

For the price I paid, I think the conditions of the room I booked were rather poor. What's more, the photos shown on the booking have nothing to do with reality. The room is very small and the bathroom has no space at all. Another negative point is the fact that there is no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which means that every time you shower, the floor of the entire bathroom gets completely wet. For the price I paid, I was expecting much better conditions. For this price I'm sure I could find a hotel with better conditions. I reiterate that the photos of the room shown on booking have nothing to do with what is actually offered to the customer.

We were charged a £10 ( cash) Key charge that we were not told prior. At first we thought this would be a deposit, However this was never told to us/ we also never got this money back.

The room were nice and clean, The Shared bathrooms were adequate - Shower wasn't great, Put me off getting a shower the next morning

Light in one of the shared showers didn't work, so couldn't be used. Bathrooms in general could do with a bit of refurbishment and deeper cleaning, but to be honest they were kept in better condition than expected.

Room met expectations and was quite clean. Mattress not the best, but good enough for a short stay! Great location, close to station, and very friendly staff.

1- Narrow stairs, quiet a struggle to take your suitcase up to your room with no help. 2- Small rooms, feels crammed (however manageable as i was travelling alone) 3- No shampoo, no water bottle (need to purchase from outside ).

1- Very helpful and cooperative staff. allowed me early check-in which is not so commonly done elsewhere. 2- Good Wi-Fi 3- Clean room 4- Good location, easy access to public transport. 5- tea, coffee, electric kettle etc.
