The price is too high for such a basic hotel,and the breakfast not very good.

Bteakfast was a bit grim,I would recommend skipping it and going to a cafe.

The room was really dirty and uncomfortable also the smells of cigarettes was horrible in the whole hotel! Bathroom was cold and it wasn’t clean after the previous guest. Also on the reception they try to make me pay with cash and after when I said that we will cancel the reservation because I do not do cash payments they allow me to pay with card !

Facilities very basic, rather noisy location so difficult to get to sleep. Also, most TV channels not working because of poor reception.

Location ideal for early start to get to London City Airport and managed to catch my flight in good time - good access point for LC Airport.

We have late check in (after midnight) without problems. The room was small and very basic. It was very cold inside. The heating system does not work, but the staff give us another one. Breakfast was simple: you have to choose from 3 things. Great coffee.

Amazing Staff thats always there for you (: the issue is the rooms itself... The doors Let out all sounds from all rooms, and everysingle room has a sqeeky loud bed that sqeeks when you move " i would know cause the rooms dont stop any sound, even people watching youtube on their phones" I paid 72 a night, if it was 40$ it would be probably worth it... but for 290$ for 3 nights it was a lil depressing. shower had cigarettes burns, Good wifi.. when it works, which it sometimes didnt work.. loud creeky beds, and the hallway i was in smelled like pizza and it made my room smell too ):

Whilst the room wasn't dirty, it wasn't clean either as the carpet was quite stained etc. The fridge was quite pungent when opened so we closed it quickly! Kettle was supplied, but there were no cups. The shower riser bar was not assembled properly so the shower head could not be angled correctly. Not the end of the world but booking info said there was a Desk & DVD which were not present.

The bed was clean & comfortable, and the shower was easy to use with good water pressure. A good selection of channels on the TV, and the wall mounted fan was very much appreciated as it was 32 degrees outside. The breakfast was simple but effective. An old and slightly tired building but you could see the owners had made an effort to spruce it up with fresh paintwork.

At reception on arrival the receptionist wasn’t very informative, just took payment and gave us the keys.

Other residents sitting in stairwells, blocking routes, and in no mood to move when trying to navigate the hotel. Room was ok, but not quite what was expected. Breakfast was entirely vegetarian, which was not specified on the website, but was delicious, however, had I known, I would have made a different choice. Bed was extremely hard, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room however there was a kettle and a fridge. Shower leaked all night, which explained why it had been turned to face the wall, as this seemed to stop it?

Staff were lovely, and very accommodating! En suite was a wet room which was a lovely change!! No trying to wrestle with stepping into a bath to have a nice shower.

the structure is very old and needs attention and the room needs a good clean plan. furniture very old... the only good thing was the comfortable bed...

the hotel is located 10 min walking from Stratford Station zone 2, which is perfect to reach all the areas of London by means of transport. Also, the bus stop is opposite of the hotel. staff tries to accommodate all your requestes.

Very olutdated, looks like nothing has been decorated or changed for at least 40 years. Carpet in room was filthy, covered in black stains. Shower kept going from very hot to cold, and the whole bathroom flooded as the shower is just at one end of the bathroom.

Owner was very pleasant. Good location near to a lot of shops, and Stratford station. Bed was comfortable enough.
