Couldn’t get any reply to our phone calls prior to visit. In the end they did reply to a message I sent. Lower paintwork on the walls in room marked/scuffed/grubby

Position was great. Room and bathroom were a good size, modern and bright. Soft white towels. Large free car park.

I can’t think of anything. I would have liked a sea view from my room. But beggars cannot be choosers as they say.

Property was across the street from the sea. It was very clean. The food there was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was a big disappointment. It was cold.Had to ask for a tea cup. Wrong breakfast items given. Tables not clean

I was there for 3 nights and had socks,t-shirts, underwear with only a shelf to store them. Not adequate and difficult to store suitcase. Cooked breakfast clearly prepared in advance but ordered/delivered as if just cooked. May as well have self-service .

Room very clean and recently redecorated . Good dinner, bar area kept clean & tidy.

The reception area always smells of food- when we arrived it was fishy ☹️ The breakfast service was slow, appreciate you could fresh but felt our order had been forgotten. Evening meal was fab in the restaurant

Check in requires a physical card which many people do not have, as it’s in phones. Luckily I could cover my friends.

For our second stay in a row the room was not properly cleaned from the previous visitors. There were used glasses still in the room and crisps on the floor.

We have stayed here many times over the years and the staff are always helpful and just like the overall feel of the place.

Staff unattended upon arrival at reception despite notified to inform when we would arrive. They didn’t apologise or offer a complimentary drink for waiting around 15 mins. However they made up for this with wine glasses for my own bottle of wine and a late check out in the morning.

The dining area facing the sea is wonderful for breakfast although I find the breakfast itself slightly disappointing. I had to ask for a milk alternative , no dairy free yoghurt. The small pastries had been over cooked & you could grow old waiting for the toaster

The room was a great size and this time the curtains were in good condition ( previous visits the blinds were falling off the windows). The room & bathroom were really clean & the shower had good water pressure. The bedroom laundry crisp & fresh. Tea & coffee facilities available. TV was in a good position and I enjoyed a good undisturbed sleep

Breakfast was substantial but parts of it under cooked and parts overcooked- it was also lukewarm. Plenty of it . Apart from the large group of people who took over the bar then came to the restaurant and proceeded to shout over everything and everyone with bad language which the manager came and dealt with asking them to keep the noise down and then we could hear arguments occurring just beneath out room at a later time.
