Very hard to think of a negative comment but as we are getting older its getting harder to get out of the comfy sofa as its so big!

Third or fourth time here....home from home...we love it..a fabulous place to stay to visit someone in the surrounding area. Everything you need at the property, just turn up!

The only thing we missed on the property was a vacuum cleaner, as we wanted to vacuum the big rug in the lounge ( due to a crawling baby). Tracey offered to bring us one, however we got one from our family nearby!

We enjoyed our stay at Tracey’s house! It was a comfortable house, located right in-front of a park, 5 minutes away from aldi, mcdonalds and costa! The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook for a family of 4! The lounge area was cozy with a comfortable sofa and a big television! Overall we very much enjoyed our stay there!

There is nothing that we didn't like.

The perfect place to enjoy a relaxing break away from home. Good location and a.15 minute drive to Rutland Water which is where we often do a bike ride Lovely attention to detail at the property and lovely clean and comfortable beds.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear next door occasionally, but it was not loud enough to bother us.

The house was well equipped, with comfortable beds and lovely added touches to make us feel welcome. It was also clean and tidy. The location was quiet and next to a play park, which was great for the kids. We would definitely stay again.

This is no way anything negative, but the upstairs bathroom fan took a bit of getting used to as it was motion activated.

The fact that we could have turned up and there was so much stuff available, ie tea making, breakfast cereals, milk. The house was in a wonderful position. So so quiet! The front room was soooo comfortable.

The location was quiet yet handy for shops and eateries. Off road parking. Interior of the house was great. Comfy and everything you need. Although we didn't use the back garden there were chairs table and hammocks to chill out. Everything was super c lean. The. bottle of wine went down a treat! The owner was great ommunicating with me. We would return as soon as we can.

It is in a great location. Quiet but short drive to all places of interest. The house is warm and cosy. Netflix on TV. Kitchen has everything in it you could need. All you need to buy is food and supermarket 5 mins away. Beds very comfy Pub with 5 min walk if you want to eat out. A great place

It oozes prettiness and comfort. The owners have thought of everything. It's convenient for both Oakham and Stamford and the beauty of Rutland.

Ideal size property for our party and good location. Easy walkable distance to Oakham. Handy local facilities. Quite and peaceful and the bonus of a bottle of wine awaiting us upon our arrival..

Could of done with a deeper clean cobwebs in most rooms , dirty light switch in kitchen

Large bed was too big for the room it was in. There were not two bathrooms as detailed only one and a downstairs toilet which doesn't count as a bathroom to me! Rear garden was covered in bark and provided as a dog toilet?

Location was good with parking outside. Kitchen was well equipped. TV with Netflix and Prime video was excellent. Shower in the one bathroom was excellent.

The location was not as listed which spoilt oir stay It was listed as 10 mins from oakham easily walkable plan was to walk into town and bus around the area. It was 25 mins from town ended up spending the week driving everywere came home early as wasnt much of a break. These sites should checkout details before advertising. Wont be using the propery again unfortunaty
