We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very handy for the airport. We left early in the morning so didn't have breakfast. The food in the bar isn't great, pricey for what you get. They won't substitute any part of the menu.

United KingdomWhile the hotel is within walking distance of the airport, that is the only way to get there. I wasn't too keen to be walking alone in the dark at 6.30am! And, it would have been very unpleasant if it had been raining. I had expected some kind of shuttle service between the nearby hotels and the airport.
Size, quality and comfort of room. Cleanliness. And, the nice little touch of a chocolate bar in my room as a welcome!

Quite, comfortable bed, very handy for the airport. Parking convenient and sensibly priced. We enjoyed a good and leisurely breakfast.
