    Nothing to complain about.

The property was nice and clean, but i have to say the service i received from Andrei.S was exceptional! He was so accommodating to my needs and went above and beyond! I would also like to thank Juana for her lovely gesture for our anniversary. I will visit again!

There were very few places to eat except for their hotel, which wasn’t the greatest of food. Their towels felt like you were drying off with sandpaper. The bathtubs were so high (and I am 6 foot tall and the entrance into the bathtub shower was past my knees) that it was a danger to get in and out. I am also over 60 and my brother was over 70 (and 6’3) and he feared the entire time he was going to fall getting in and out. Because the hotel is directly across the street from another hotel called Park City and ours had all the buses parked in front (where Uber drivers can’t pick up customers) our Uber drivers never went to the correct hotel. Seems to be strange marketing that you have two hotels with the same name except yours has Park Plaza City London and there’s does not. Uber drivers all claimed that they’re not allowed to stop in the bus zone and there are cameras going so they could lose their jobs. With no doorman at your hotel to direct Uber drivers or other transportation services, it was frustrating to have to race across the street to get to the other hotel to get our drivers.

Location was very convenient to the Westminster bridge and all the attractions around there as well as the wonderful Riverwalk.

The only 2 cons: we did an online checkout as provided and recommended by the hotel. Online checkout is great because it usually saves us time, but when we had dropped our cards in the proper place and were in the way out, a desk lady employee (Elyse) called us to her desk and asked for our room number. I promptly said that we already had done the online checkout, as I thought she was maybe wondering we didn’t know how to do it. But she kept us there and kept insisting for our room number. I found her very unprofessional and it was embarrassing for me. Also her attitude was contrary to the hotel police of trying to make guests check out faster and don’t loose time. We were rushing to the train station to continue our journey. The other con was more simple and I leave here my suggestion to the hotel: it’s always good to have a hand sanitizer available for guests in the breakfast area, as recently we were in a pandemic and should always be careful, especially when things are going to be handled by many hands in breakfast buffet. Anyway, we still recommend this hotel and we’re very happy with our stay here!

Excellent rooms, cleaning, breakfast and location! The first desk employee that received us was very kind and a very professional, I’m sorry I don’t remember his name at this moment. Employees at breakfast were all very polite and knew how to manage a large crowd. That was great. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Our room was always very clean and tidy! A big shout out to the cleaning ladies! Thank you very much.

Breakfast buffet set up and flow could be better laid out to avoid congestion.

Great location. Less than 5 minutes to Waterloo Station. London Eye just round the corner and a short walk to Big Ben.. Staff v friendly and welcoming. Room well equipped. I had a studio room with a small kitchen area which was v handy with kids. Overall, a lovely stay and would stay again for sure.

The sofa bed in the family suite is not comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast area is quite small and if you come after 9am you have to wait in a (long) queue. Although the staff is doing their utmost everyone to get seated as soon as possible.

Excellent location and very polite staff. The breakfast is also good with variety of choices. There is even a gluten free section.

Breakfast everyday the same and windows did not open. But these are minor dislikes, just so that I say something. But we would always come back to this hotel, A+++ from us.

Location is brilliant, 5 min to London Eye on foot, 10 min to Big Ben. There is absolutely no noise in rooms, wonderful. We signed that during our stay we do not need cleaning (eco friendly), but they have changed our towels once. We stayed for 5 days, breakfast was great. Staff is magnificent!

Perfect location in the very center of London, yet a bit away from the super busy and overcrowded areas. Ideal for families (and not only) to explore the city, on foot and using the public transport. Rooms are designed for families, with a sleeping room, a large sofa for the kids and a kitchenette. Adequate space in the room and closets to unpack and keep your clothes sorted or suitcases stored and covered. Breakfast was rich and absolutely delicious, indeed it sometimes requires a bit of patience to get a table, still it's manageable and you see the staff doing their best to satisfy all guests. We would return!

The lifts were hopeless, nobody explained you needed to swipe cards. Even then my wife got stuck travelling on to other floors as the doors closed too quickly.

We were upgraded to a disabled room, this was lovely as my wife has mobility needs.

We paid in advance for a late check out but the room was locked for us at 12:00, we arrived later to get ready, we were unable to enter the room. It took the receptionist a long time to open the room for us.

Quick check-in, we got an upgraded room considering this is our second time at the hotel, we got the room ahead of time, gym open 24/7, water station in the lobby. Safe in the room, comfortable beds.

Room had everything except mint tea bags! The wet room - the dado rail in the room allowed the shower water to run along it and drain down to the floor by the toilet - the floor here does not fall to the drain and so the floor then floods the room across to the door, i had to put towels down to mop up and allow use after. i then in the morning placed a towel by the toilet on the floor which negated the flooding as the towel soaked up the water as it drained off of the dado! Window onto atrium above the mezanine which also allowed the walkway view into the room so had to keep the curtains closed.

the room was spacious and the bed large. clean, comfortable and had all one would require.
