    Nothing comes to mind.

The size of the room was fantastic! (Free upgrade - thank you very much!) The staff were friendly and very helpful. The meals (dinner and breakfast) were plentiful and delicious.

Room was very tired looking, cracks on one part of the wall and in the bathroom, main light could only be turned on or off the the switch at the door, bedside lamp didn't work at all. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was so small that you had to move the table and chair to get into the wardrobe, then you couldn't use the dressing table without moving the table again. The only plug sockets in the room were at the blocked in end of the dressing table.

Great location, relaxed and quiet despite being in a residential area. Breakfasts were good, staff were very friendly and helpful! Didnt use the leisure facilities but they looked fine.

The pool area was a great bonus after a long journey. However, the changing rooms could do with some serious modernisation and there was a few loose, cracked tiles that need repairing

The property was in a great location, and was very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming

Two single beds pushed together is NOT a double bed. I am tall and lie diagonally across a double bed, but not if there is a big ridge there where two mattresses meet! Bathroom had mould because there was no ventilation and the window didn't open.

Staff were great and the Breakfast was also most enjoyable.

On one night we couldn't park too close to our room & as we had our autistic son with us ( who runs everywhere) he then had a nasty fall running Upto hotel . This isn't the hotels fault at all. We just really hoped to park closer.

Our room was clean &, spacious with everything we needed. Pool, sauna& jacuzzi was amazing! Breakfast was good & lovely grassy areas

No allergen info on the breakfast menu and staff didn't ask. No food items for those requiring lactose or gluten free food and very little sugar free food.

The breakfast was fine but not stunning. However any breakfast requests were easily agreed to. The room was fine though with a partition wall so all noise from the next was audible, likewise from the lounge downstairs.

Well I suppose one could say it wasn’t ‘scenic’ as such.

The generous size of the superior room and the fact that it was ground floor and opened out onto a small patio. The car could be parked right opposite too. Not usually an issue for us but next time we will bring our classic car due to excellent and secure parking. The food was excellent and good value and the ambiance was quiet and peaceful.

It was just rather tired looking . But 1980’s, don’t want to sound complaining but think it could do with refresh particular bathrooms

It was lovely and big and room size was good. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were lovely and great breakfast both buffet and ordered. Having indoor swimming was also great as weather was awful. Plenty of parking

I thought a little more care could have been given to some of the furnishing in the room one of the small cupboards had been poorly used by previous guests as a piece of the top had been torn off. the two chairs were very comfortable but under the covers they were worn badly. none of this spoilt our stay.

I was not at the Hotel long enough to use the Pool, but it looked very good from outside. The Breakfast and room were brilliant and the staff serving were on top of their job, theey most certainly earnt their money and what ever that was it was not enough.

We did notice a couple of things that could do with sorting. 1) The arm chairs were well worn and had stains on were people with stain on hair had been, also one of the sets of drawers had the top broken off.

The room was exactly has we were told it would be, Breakfast was superb and the staff were above excellent, as it was only one night we were unable to use the pool due to time. It did look brill though.

The mattresses could be more soft (not so firm). And the decoration could be more up to date.

The TV position in room 16 wasnt ideal, could have been better positioned.

The hotel was good, but the location was out in the sticks. The staff, rooms restaurant was really good, especially the chef of the day menu, value for money, but a glass of wine was £8.80, which I thought was a bit expensive.

The 2 single beds pushed together to make a super king was Just an awful idea one side to firm and the other to soft! Just put a normal king size bed in the room that should be more than enough and maybe ask people before there stay what sort of matress firmness they prefer.

Nice big room as always at this hotel and the staff were more than helpful the breakfast was very nice.
