Amazing location, very close to Paddington but can also just walk out into the city. Great views over Hyde park, lovely staff and wonderful facilities with quiet rooms and warm showers. Will definitely return on a future trip to London.

Absolutely nothing. We loved everything

I stay in London a lot both business and leisure and have done the rounds on hotels. This hotel is one of my top choices and my #1 choice when travelling with my family. It’s absolutely spotless and the service and facilities - bars, restaurants (including breakfast) and in room are 10/10. The welcome at reception set us off on a great start making a fuss of out 9 month old and equal interest in the 15 and 18 year old we were travelling with. There was genuine interest throughout our say and so many offers of help it was like staying with friends. The Thai restaurant is also incredible the food is amazing and having been to Thailand a lot it is so authentic and as I said to the kids the best Thai food outside of Thailand!

The rooms while absolutely lovely were a little small if you have a large piece of luggage to open, etc, and sometimes could hear neighbors through the wall… but mostly v quiet and peaceful

The property is beautifully situated on the north side of Hyde Park - the rooms are flooded with light, when you want it, which is lovely. Hotel is elegant and classy and a very easy jaunt to Paddington Station. Also the food at the hotel was exceptional. Lovely design as well - Well-done!

The overall service delivery from staff, in particular the staff parking my electric car, when we left they had fully charged the battery which is fantastic and I didn't expect that. Well done

We had to pay a deposit when we first arrived. It would be nice to be informed before hand.

The hotel is next to the train station which makes very easy to commute to a Central London. Also the view of the Hype Park from the breakfast room and the rooms are marvelous. The staff was very helpful and the room service was the best.

Our only complaint was the breakfast buffet. The variety was great; however, the room was far too small for the number of guests with the tables very close together and crowds around the buffet and guests squeezing by as we ate. Although the staff was very helpful, by the time our coffee came, it was cold (and this happened twice probably because of the congestion). I suggest skipping breakfast at the hotel and finding one of the myriad cafes in Paddington.

We liked almost everything. The staff are exceptionally friendly and well-trained. The rooms are very clean and well-appointed, although a tad on the small size (even our corner room), although this is to be expected in central London.

Booked this hotel off the back of the great reviews from other travellers and wasn't disappointed! Brilliant location close to Lancaster Gate tube and Hyde Park. All of the staff we engaged with were incredibly friendly and helpful. Booked a corner deluxe room which was spacious, modern, well equipped and with great reviews. Will definitely return here in the future
